I found a pickup exactly like I wanted that I've been searching for weeks online for at this place but I live 180 miles away. I called to make an appointment for the next day with a salesman named Currie and wanted to express my concerns that it wouldn't be sold while I'm making the 3 hour drive there. He told me that he was putting the keys in his office so no one could do anything with it and it would be there for me when I got there the next morning. I left my house at 6 am to make the drive there. About half way, Currie calls me and tells me that he had some leads that he had to tend to a half hour before my appointment. I asked him, they aren't coming to look at the pickup I'm coming for are they and he replied that they were not. Upon my arrival, I was told by Jeff, the sales manager that Currie had went home and someone was already there looking at the pickup that I came for. I reiterated that Currie promised me that this issue wouldn't happen to me. Jeff gave all kinds of excuses like the internet sales guy booked an appointment with the other people at 7pm the day before and I had to tell him that I booked my appointment around noon before they did. Also he said all his guys weren't trained on the new system they have, blah blah blah. He didn't seem to care what Currie had promised me or the fact that I was out about 400 miles round trip, a lost day of work and extra mileage on my truck when I'm trying to keep the miles low and trade it in. Long story short, the other people bought the truck out from under me and all Jeff offered me was some gas without so much as an apology. Evidently Currie knew that he screwed up and wanted to avoid conflict so he went home before I arrived. I think everyone needs to know about the dishonesty and lack of compassion from this dealership.

A few months ago I scheduled a service appointment for a recall notice that I had received. The day of the appointment they called and cancelled. They stated they didn't have the parts in to do the service, even tho it was scheduled months in advance. I was then told that they are just now ordering the parts, the day of my scheduled appointment. They are definitely not prepared for service orders.

Been coming here for years to get oil changes and fluid flushes and inspections (for free btw) They're very kind and Julie is my favorite tech. They keep you informed but they are people too and struggling like everyone else. Great place to get your car fixed up

If you wanna get fucked over, talk to Chris, Tony, or Jeff.... Also, Chris's advice to his customers is if you want to get out of a loan have someone accidentally drop a tree on your car... or if you would like a car with a bad transmission go to Betten Honda at 2501 Henry street in Muskegon... I hope this wad helpful to you

My first good experience at a dealership as a young female. I worked with Nick who just went above and beyond for me and wasn't pushy in the slightest. 10/10 would recommend!

Parts and service department was fantastic. They serviced my 2015 Honda CRV in half an hour, and were super friendly. However, I also booked an appointment to test drive and purchase a used vehicle and after waiting to see an associate for an hour and a half, she stated that she had sold it the day before. A simple phone call would have been sufficient, but instead I took a half day off of work for nothing. Unacceptable service by the used vehicle department staff
