Courteous service when we called them on our twenty year old Ford 350 diesel truck that would not start. We had repetitive problems with the same issue that we had fixed by local repair guy in California. When this happened again while in Michigan we were hesitant as to who to call. After calling Great Lakes Ford, we decided to get it fixed right this time. We had it towed to Great Lakes and they diagnosed the problems as to what was causing the repeat starting issues. They had to order a part, and as soon as they could get it on their schedule got our truck repaired. It was a big relief to have this specific problem diagnosed correctly finally as we have to take this truck back to CA. Shuttle service they offer was really appreciated as well.

Excellent service department and always take care of my 2015 and 2016 Lincoln vehicles in a timely manner. Easy in and easy out especially during this pandemic.

This dealership went above and beyond to make sure I didn't go the holiday weekend without a car. The service manager came in even when the dealership was closed to make sure I got a loaner car. What a class act organization!!!!!

I've been a customer for nearly 10 years. Nearly all of my dealings there have been positive. The one issue that I had was resolved quickly. The sales staff I've dealt with over the years have been great, no high pressure, really worked with us to get our needs met. I highly recommend Mike in used cars. The service department couldn't have been more accommodating when we had an out of town family emergency and our van needed quite a bit of work. They were able to get it done within 24 hours. Not you typical dealership, much better than average!

I brought my car in to get the fan replaced. They wanted double what a local garage wanted. I said not to fix it. I picked up my car and had to pay $102 for diagnostic. I told them what was needed when I made the appointment, never asked them to check for anything else. Not happy I had to pay for something they decided I needed. They even tried to make me think I didn't know what was needed. They asked me, "well, there is 2 fans. Do you know which one was bad?" Yes, I know exactly!!!!!! Nice try. Will not be back and will tell everyone of my experience.

It was such a refreshing change to be treated like my business mattered. Great Lakes Ford heard what I wanted and found exactly it. Shopping local does make a difference!

I recently purchased a motorcycle from across the country (NJ) and I can't sing the praises of my salesman, Matt, enough! From negotiations to delivery he made the event very easy and was able to finalize paperwork very quickly. If I lived close to Michigan, I would definitely consider purchasing my next truck from Great Lakes Ford.
