Very friendly, patient, and honest. I brought in a bunch of Morgan and Peace silver dollars, $25 per coin. They gave better prices by over $3 per coin compared to the other 2 places I checked out in Muskegon (Sundry Tank and Coin Zone offered less than $22). Gold Recyclers also informed me about one of the coins I had being worth more than I was aware and gave me a better price than I was expecting, $34.

The gentlemen that helped me was short and rude to me when I brought in foreign currency to see if it could be exchanged. Will not go to this location again.

The guy that works there is very rude individual he barely does his job he's late when he's supposed to be opening the store he's late coming in there that guy needs to be fired needless to say if you want to sell your gold go somewhere else or go when the lady is working because she is 20 times nicer than the man

Immediately put this collection on your radar! I love seeking out estate pieces and have experience with shops and shows in GR, Detroit, Chicago, NYC, and abroad. The collection assembled by the team at Gold Recyclers dwarfs most local collections and is as unique and varied as shops in major jewelry hubs. You can easily walk in loosely seeking one piece and leave with four. The gals behind the counter know their stuff and are happy to run through their inventory for what you’re looking for, even in less than 30 mins from closing (thanks Jolene). I immediately sent photos of some of their pieces to friends and if we were in a major market would never leave a review on this spot for wanting to keep it low key but here’s hoping a great review sends them more business so I can become a lifelong customer.

Horrible horrible ! The lady didn’t even know what 417 meant on my gold ! Gave me the lowest offers ever. Said they only offer 60% melt value. The woman who helped me seemed to not know anything and kept whispering with someone in a back room but whoever was in the back room wouldn’t even come out and talk to me like a man. Very rude and insulting . Don’t recycle here. Sell your gold on eBay or try places in Grand Rapids
