I spoke to a man named Will on the phone for less than five minutes and in that time was enamored by his eloquence. He was so knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Even though I came off as someone who knew nothing (which I really am), he still did me the liberty of listing what the cleaning service would entail for my specific device (even though I know it's probably just routine protocol, I was charmed because I was able to follow due to my cursory research on it prior). I want to be as good at something as Will is at talking on the phone. His technical skill and social grace were evident in our brief exchange. That beauty is infectious, and in a way that is perhaps counterintuitive to the business model, I am inspired to attempt to further troubleshoot and even fix the issue myself - but I almost wish that I will be unsuccessful so that I can give the nice people at this establishment my business. Would strongly recommend calling this place with any and all questions or concerns.

they give you a time and a date to pick up your device and it's never correc. I have been waiting for over a week for a screen replacemen. Not to mention the employee replacing my screen broke my face id and my speaker system and is making me pay half for HIS damage

CPR is the BEST phone repair place! I had called many for a quote on a cracked screen & they were by far the most affordable! They ordered the parts and fixed it the next week. They also realized my battery was puffing and popping the back screen off, and told me about it. The replaced my battery free of charge and the back glass piece as well. They were so accommodating and kind about the whole thing!! I am forever grateful and will forever recommend people to come here!

Quick Service with a smile. My charger cord wouldn't stay plugged into my brand new phone. Took it to them they said they could clean it and if that didn't fix the problem there would be no charge! Well it fixed the problem. There was a chunk of lint in my charging port. It only cost $21.00 for the cleaning and you get a free screen cleaning kit too!

I came into the store at opening and was immediately greeted and taken care of by Dakota who determined my phone needed a new battery. About 1.5 hours later and my wallet about 70 bucks or so lighter I was on my way. Great service, great experience all the way around.

Went in for screen repair, they ordered new one. Phone wouldn't work after that. Took it back and solved the problem. I would recommend anyone with phone problems to take it there. They were very nice and helpful. Thank you CPR

Unfortunate experience with this store. I dropped off my cell phone for repair, was told the part I needed would have to be ordered and could take 3-4 day. I was headed out out of state the next week so I reached out to check the status after 3-4 days to be placed on hold for 30+ min each call. Drove across town to find a hand written note on the door stating due to staffing they were closed and would reopen the next day at 10am. It was an identical story the next day. After dealing with that two days in a row an needing my phone before my trip , I called another location in GR area to find out every single employee at the Muskegon store quit and managers from other locations we’re trying to cover when they could. The next week when I was already out of state I received a call that my phone was done and ready to be picked up. Not a good experience. Their corporate office should not have accepted new repairs especially if they knew their staffing situation would impact turn around times. Or at a minimum they should have been up front and communicate that before taking someone device with full transparency around turn around times. I would have went somewhere else had I known their situation.

I did not expect to get my phone fixed same day, but it was done within an hour, service was fast friendly and reasonably priced.

Several parts to this but third time in the last year I’ve had to come in for a bad screen. This last time employee wouldn’t warranty product. I asked to speak to manager to which one wasn’t there and he wouldn’t find one on phone. I said this is going to result in a poor review and employee stated he didn’t care he just worked there he was just a tech and then to get out of his store. I asked for his name and got 2 thumbs up and a get out.I took product to crashmasters and they fixed in 15 min and made me feel like I was their only customer. I’m not upset that they wanted to charge me for screen or even that it was the third time for the same problem I’ve came back for. I’m more upset with how the employee delt with the situation. I don’t care I just work here and kicking someone out for asking to speak to someone with answers is what went wrong here.
