Tammy was absolutely amazing. I had to order flowers for my grandmother's funeral from Georgia. Every question I had she took her time to explain and was super patient. She even sent me pictures of different items so I had more to choose from than the website. I made a last minute change and she was still sweet as pie. It's already a lot when a family member pass away. But it's so soothing to know people like Tammy is helping you on the other end of the phone. Thank you so much.Quitta

Why buy excessively expensive flowers for Hallmark holidays when so many other small businesses sell them for a more affordable price. Nothing in the quality of their flowers nor service as a whole sets them apart to make their products of a higher value. Goodness the gas station right next door sells beautiful flowers for an affordable price and to top it off that gas station chain supports the community to a crazy degree!

Way behind on doing this review, but either way hope people with find it helpful. I ended up getting flowers delivered from them for valentines and they were on time and super helpful. The guy was very informative and helped me pick out some nice flowers that she ended up loving! Definitely coming back! :)

Used them when we lived in Muskegon. They were always friendly and had great ideas when we were celebrating someone's special occasion. We've been gone from there several years and recently had need of a florist in the W. Michigan area. Ray and Sharon didn't service the area our friend was in but referred us to another florist near our friend. Talking to Sharon was like talking to an old friend. We regard them very highly.

This is the only flower shop I ever use. Been going here for years and they never disappoint! I’m always greeted when I enter the door. Many pre-made arrangements available or they usually custom make something in several minutes while I wait!

Placed an order this morning at 9 am to send to my MIL and realized an hour later she was leaving work early that day! Called Ray and Sharon's to see if they could deliver it by noon. Ginny assured they could make it happen, and by 11am my MIL had them! :) Thank you so so much for the flexibility and helping put the biggest smile on her face! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase and deliver flowers in the Muskegon area!

Excellent place to get flowers. I live on the opposite side of the state but still have family in the area that I get flowers for. Ordering online is simple enough and delivery is always prompt and without any issues. Family always rave about how beautiful the arrangements and how long they last compared to other flowers. I'm a repeat customer will continue to be one as long as Ray and Sharons is opened.
