I went in to cash a check a few days ago and the woman I spoke with was extremely rude! When I spoke she would huff or roll her eyes at me. When she asked questions it was in a rude tone that seemed uncalled for. I understand customer service is a tough job, I've had plenty experience with customer service! But if you're going to treat a guest with this attitude I would seriously consider finding a job that better suits your needs. The woman I spoke with was an older white woman with short grey hair.

I can in to cash a money order for my mom creamastion and ur teller flat out refused to cash the money is though your bank this is unacceptable she was asking questions she should of been asking like my madin name I will never do business with your bank

Fifth Third blocked access to my accounts. E-mail and phone contact with customer service all received different responses. Linked-in contact with the Office of the President received responses but no acknowledgements of poor, poor customer service! Wrote to federal banking authorities and concluded we really do need to drain the swamp.Told to change my E-mail carrier and then received partial access to accounts. Then blocked from normal transactions , "Due to technical difficulties." I was worried about the future for my grandchildren with the direction customer service is headed, but realize I need to worry about my future first.

Went to cash a check using drive thru and the ladies inside are to lazy to fill out a deposit slip!! Horrible customer service!!! Won't go back!
