I’m only giving a one star for a few reasons.
I saw them post a car on fb marketplace, me thinking okay they are a business they will sell good cars. Boy was I WRONG. As soon as I got there to inquire about said car I was looking at the lady didn’t know anything about it. She didn’t know what she was talking about. Red flag I know. I wanted to give them a chance and not be so judgmental but I should have listened to my gut. Anyways so I asked if there was anything wrong and I was told a bolt on the alternator and maybe the power steering… I was okay with that. So I was certain I was going to purchase it. It has been hellllll ever since I got this piece of ****. I don’t recommend buying a car from them. They know their selling junk cars they know their getting over on folks.. how could they not. I should have listened to my gut when I got the first red flag but me being me I wasn’t going to listen to the previous reviews.
Moral of the story don’t buy a vehicle from them, you’ll regret it with every ounce of you.
Now the mechanics I’m not sure about.
I will say they are friendly but they lack communication skills and professionalism.

Went to test a car today got a s***** comment from the customer service lady and then the car didn't even start so I probably won't be back

Now I know why they only have 3 stars this place is not professional they have no communication between them and the customers and act like your just supposed to know the rules… car was impounded wed night called Thurs they told me 175 got me all the way down there and they told me I had to have a release ( have never in my life had to get a release from the police unless I don’t have insurance and proper tags) the lady was very rude and acted like I was supposed to already know that as if I get my car Impounded all the time, I go the police station there closed on a Thursday till Monday so the car has to sit Monday I get the release call and ask how much the lady says 225 and hangs up I get there and she says cash only isn’t that something that you should let your customers know since it is 2023 and most people don’t carry cash so then I leave go to the atm get the money come back pay and then I’m told they had me pay for the wrong car ?♀️ this is why you shouldn’t have your family run your business and maybe update your company so that people don’t have to go out there way to get cash or at least communicate with the customer before they get all the way there I feel like the only reason this place is still in business is because of there contract with the heights ? At least now if the heights ever impounds my car again I know how they are

I own A1 Auto & Toy Repair in Bigrapids.I purchased on 12/5/22. A motor for my customer. 350 for motor 150 parts and labor warranty. Invoice 752228. Motor had a bad headgasket. Filed a complaint with economy auto parts. Told motor would be located. It's been months back in forth can't find one. Now we have been told they can't find our invoice. Now they won't answer there phone. I and my customer will be filing breach of contract and warranty neglect to for fill there obligation. Along with attorney fees. And lost of income
