They didn't have what I was looking for which was confectioners cupcake Pop-Tarts or cereal with marshmallows in it besides Lucky charms they used to sell bulk versions of cereal marshmallows but they don't anymore which is a big bummer!

Great little store with lots of groceries, but for some reason they used too many bags. I just got home with $30 worth of groceries and had eight plastic bags. They literally double bagged everything and then even bag some stuff individually and put it in a bag and put the bag in a bagCmon we can do better. if you feel your bags are half as thick as they should be just by thicker bags and use one. All these groceries could’ve fit into two bags and I brought home eight

I went to pick up some stuff at this store Dec 28th 2023 at 3:25 pm. When I got up front to be checked out, 2 people were running 2 check outs. The 1 checkout had a young man, late teens early 20s. He had shoulder length brown hair that was covering his entire face, the whole time he waited on customers. You could not see any of his face at all. He didn't act like he wanted to be there . I cannot believe that a business that serves the public would allow an employee to wait on customers looking like that. It was disgusting.

Whoever the man taking bottles back needs a course on customer service. He shouldn't be so bothered counting returns that are purchased here. Then to have to wait for him to wait on other customers even tho I was first was rude and just irritating. Been coming here for years and after today won't be back . I'll still the other e and a that treat their customers like humans . Watched several other cashier's stand around doing nothing to helpTheyaren't forced to work here and I'm not forced to spend any more money here

Post office closed in store at normal business hours, shouldn't have one in the store if it can't be staffed properly wasting my gas to run Mail to other post office. This has happened a few times that I've noticed shopping here, won't return again.

Can always find what I need. The cashier is very nice. It's close to my house, and saves me a trip to the larger grocery store.

I go here often in the evenings for various grocery items. The 2 young men working there tonight (2-26-22) are always friendly, and you always have almost everything I need rather than a huge trip to Meijer. I appreciate this location, and drive to it even though I live 2 minutes from the Wolf Lake location, which I really don't like. The way the guy was detailing the fountain machine tonight while I was in line made me want to recruit him for my own business. Keep it up, and thanks.

The E&A on Walker&Apple Ave has a liquor license which makes it a convenient one stop shop if you need chips&'adult' beverages for various events.

The management of this store abuses their employees and is alarmingly unprofessional. Also, the general service at this store is subpar. Likely because the employees are overworked and sorely underpaid. I've also overheard conversations between employees and management concerning potential covid risks. Despite the symptoms the employee was showing management urged them to come in anyway, "and not tell anyone". The problems with this are obvious. I would just go to another E&A.

Went in to get beer for my husband, my 17 year old son was with me. After waiting 16 minutes in line I was refused service. They accused me of letting my son pick out the beer , even though he didnt touch it or even pick it out, i clearly had to call my husband to ask him what brand he wanted while on front of beer. If you are buying alcohol make sure you have a babysitter or keep your older kids in car. I was embarrased and mortified to ever be accused of buying minors anything, especially my son. Plus the grocery part smelled. Thank you Wesco for never giving me a hassle for buying alcohol with my teens there as long as none of them touch it. I would give zero stars! The manager was rude, I called back to let her know. I actually follow the law.. so my business will stay with wesco even if I have to go out of my way. Hopefully E and A goes under.
