Older white woman as cashier was SCREAMING at younger male employees about not being able to sweep the floor. When I mean she screamed, there were veins on her face. Then she proceeded to talk smack about them to me about how lazy and unreliable they were. I was uncomfortable about this and gave her social cues about I did not want to hear about this, but she did not let up.
Unprofessional behavior and verbally abusing your coworkers is unacceptable.

It states that they open at 8 o’clock on the Internet, but according to the door, they don’t open till 9 AM. Maybe it’s time for management to get that fixed!

Why post a sign temporarily closed when there are multiple workers in the store? I've been there when there is only one person working and they were open.

When did it become okay for a Night Manager to tell a customer, “GOOD,” after the customer tells their significant other, “I’m going to go ahead and go wait in the car,” as if the customer was talking to him in the first place?!!Whoever promoted the African American gentleman to night manager at this location needs to be fired right along with him!! He is RUDE, disrespectful, and goes out of his way to make his customers feel uncomfortable!!I get him wanting to go home but some of us work late and HAVE to do last minute shopping. I could see him being frustrated IF I wasn’t already at the checkout come closing time BUT even so, you DONT EVERRRR tell a customer “GOOD,” when they mention to their significant other that their going to go wait for them in the car!!!And on top of that, that store is by far the WORST Dollar Tree in Muskegon, it’s ALWAYS cluttered, never organized, or neat. Like, what do their workers that aren’t working the registers do all day?It’s sad to see the other stores who work so hard and go above and beyond to show appreciation to their customers, get a bad rep because of stores and employees like this location!Needless to say, the next time the manager decides to treat me w disrespect, I’ll be sure to return it because someone needs to remind him of what he signed up to be paid for!As a Quality Assurance Manager myself, I would personally fire them all, rehire, and PROPERLY train the new employees. It’s the only way that store will ever catch up to its sister locations!

I love how they got new stuff every week, makes me want to go shopping every time I get paid. Sometimes there’s only one cashier and the past times I’ve went I had to wait in line for 7+ minutes.

I haven't been there in a while, so i was surprised to see aisles with merchandise in the way. I understand stores might be short staffed but they still need to try and stock shelves when not busy.

One of my go to places to shop. They have skimmed down a bit on the items to choose from and you are getting less product (in size) but I have been seeing this in a lot of stores. I don't like narrow aisles and it can be a bit cluttered. Updating my review 2/10/2023 They have a much larger selection and the shelves have been stocked with goods for the most part. I would like to see more registers available to assist customers. Otherwise, I am pretty pleased with the items and quantities available.
