Jason Cox. Zero. Just zero. I filed in January. Pathetically checked for my refunds day after day. I finally called 4 months later. Left a message. No answer. Left a message. No answer. Everyone I knew got their refunds. Finally, receptionist called me back. She said I wouldn't understand how much phone traffic the firm gets. I asked if they're having trouble handling the work load. She sputtered. She said Jason needs your late wife's Social Security number. He was waiting that long to hear from me, not thinking, I wonder if Mr. Aspey knows he needs to provide this information. Finally got ahold of the genius who asked me, "Haven't you ever made a mistake?" I delayed necessary dental work and car repair thanks to this person.
