Made an appointment for my adult son who is disabled we missed the first one so the lady called us telling us we missed our appointment so I tried to reschedule she would not let me reschedule because we did not have documentation on file that I was his guardian . Every other doctors office I’ve dealt with we bring the papers on our first office visit . I explained to her how do you think I made the first Initial visit she hung up the phone I called back. The next lady was rude Reiterating five times to make sure I bring the documentation to his visit . I end up hanging up on her called back to speak to a manager. They said she was in a meeting so I left a message she never called me back. I was truly disappointed because my son has a serious problem with opening his mouth to the point we had to be sent to Ann Arbor for him to have surgery through this dentist office.I called a different office to set up an appointment. They asked me to email them guardianship papers and they would call me back to set up a visit but of course they don’t take his insurance.You guys should really try implementing the email If you want the papers before making an appointment. I hope in the future another mother doesn’t have to deal with this. If you get pass the ladies at front desk the rest of staff is great and did great with my son in the pass

These people are freaking crazy they misdiagnosed me sent me to the wrong doctor didn't have my psych meds run from this place never go there they will kill you

If I could give zero stars I would filling fell out, made appointment to get it fixed and the lady in the office wanted me to sign a blank piece of paper and she was tell me what this paper stood for when I told her that I wanted the paper she was telling me about so I could sign that paper. She refused to then they refused to let me go in for my appointment so I had a walk out and then when I called to reschedule my appointment the lady I talk to was so rude and disrespectful and then when I talk to the main person there she told me that they decided to not see me anymore as a patient so I have to find another dentist because they refused to fix my tooth because they would have to do it for free the fact the filling fell out within less than a year of being put in and I wanted it fixed . I no longer have a dentist.

I highly recommend Dr. Ben and his team in the dental office. I have been a life long terrible dental patient due to some pretty traumatic experiences at other offices and with having oral surgery including extractions. I am extremely pleased to now report after having cavities filled and a extraction that I’m no longer afraid! Dr. Ben and his assistants have made each experience painless and he talks while he works which definitely makes the anxiety go away. I will only from here on out allow this team to care for my oral health.

DR. NIDIA MIEDEMA LIED ON MY PAPERWORK AND SHE THOUGHT I WAS POSSIBLY ADDICTED TO NARCOTICS. SHE DID THIS BECAUSE I WANTED TO SWITCH TO A NEW DOCTOR. NOW BECAUSE OF HER FALSIFYING THIS ON MY FILE IM NO LONGER ABLE TO GET ANY PAIN MEDICATION. I DON'T FEEL SHE HAD THE RIGHT TO LIE LIKE THAT. I BROUGHT IT UP TO HER SUPERVISOR, IN WHICH SHE DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. I FEEL THAT A DOCTOR THAT GIVES FALSE INFORMATION SHOULD BE FIRED. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HACKLEY COMMUNITY CARE MEDICAL TO ANYONE!!!! SHE RED FLAGGED ME BECAUSE OF HER LIES!!!!

Today I came in for my appointment, should of been a cleaning and to look at my infected tooth but since I had my child they couldn't see me. I didn't need x rays again when they just went over that less than a month ago. I had no sitter and really needed to see someone and they couldn't see me because I had my child. I can't always guarantee I'll have a sitter when there is barely any appointment available. So I guess I have to look for another place. Staff was also very rude! The doctor I had before was very kind and helpful

This place took my x-rays told me they couldn't help me. So I go to a different dentist in this place won't even send my dental records.Not only could they not help me but they're making sure nobody else can either

I can't say ANYTHING bad about the doctor I have here. I AM, however, on my third doctor in the past 15 years... So that's not exactly ideal.. but, I have TOTALLY LOVED the doctors I have had in these last 15 years! I have a couple of friends that also have a doctor here and one of my friends says the same thing as me- that they love their doctor - but the other friend did NOT have a good experience here. The doctor she had was rude and never even close to being on time for her appointment and then would barely be in the room with her for 10 minutes. So, I guess it would really depend on which provider you have. I just know I wouldn't change the doctor I have now for ANYTHING!

I go to the Dental Clinic. I had my 1st pr. of Dentures made. If you go there, I hope you have better luck with yours than I did with mine! Jeez!!
