This is the worst bank I have ever had. They have caused us nothing but issues and problems. They do not care about their customers. I would recommend any other bank. Hopefully they are more respectful and understanding than this place. Lack of communication is the worst part

Absolutely terrible customer service. There ATM stole $800 from and and when I tried to contact them about it rebbeca told me there's nothing they can do about it and rudely hung up on me, now I have to turn this into a legal battle. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Today upon entering the bank I recognized a teller from his old place of employment and they have a great worker may I add. Yet errors happen I was given too much money...needless to say more. ..money returned with a smile!
