•However the installers left razor blades in every windowsill that had carpet installed in that room. They never vacuumed so there was mess through the house. And they left remnants & pad behind not only thrown in our garage but left in the house for us to move as well. We were told they would be back the next day to pick them up and it’s been over a week & half they still have not picked up. I’ve called store left voicemails & spoke to a service rep & was told they would get a date and call me back and still NOTHING.
•Our carpet was installed nicely & we are happy with the job! But not happy with the service after the job. Leaving the razor blades behind in every window sill was not okay & leaving remnants behind with no communication.
I would love to support a local business but I’m not sure if we will come here again. We had very high hopes.”
