Muskegon Mall boost store rip off was outage in area gentleman at the kiosk in the Muskegon Mall said he could get my phone working needless to say there was an outage he was going to fix it without charging lady came and said there's a $35 fee while I call Boost cellular service said to go back to that store and get my $35 that they should not have charged me for that service when there was an outage I wouldn't go to that store if you want to get ripped off and get charged as you walk away I shouldn't have paid I asked to get my money back which boost told me to do they said that's how they make their money ripping people off in my opinion don't go there you'll get ripped off at the Muskegon Mall boost

I recently took over this store and would like to apologize for the previous owners. I am happy to say since I took over this store I have turned the store around. I’ve worked in cellular communications for over 15 years . Most phones come with 2 months of service , which is why it might be a little more then some. That’s how my store works each phone comes with 2 months of service. I will do anything for my customers and am happy to say come see me in the Lakes Mall. Sincerely, New Owner

I’m sorry to hear of your bad experience at my Boost mobile located in the Lakes Mall. I’ve now owned this kiosk for 9 months and I have no association with the boost guy you were talking about price gouging. Boost got rid of that guy and my husband and I took over. Please come visit us! We will do EVERYTHING in our power to get you the best prices and help you quickly. Thanks ?

Do not go to this place to buy anything boost mobile, phones, top up cards, charger cords or anything phone related because this guy is price gouging. We went there for boosts free phone promotion and the guy working there tried to tell up the activation was going to be $75.00, and tried to make my wife buy more minutes for March even though she hade the money in her account on hold, instead of getting that phone, we turned and walked away then went to another boost store on east Sherman, where we found out the activation fee was only $35.00 not the $75.00 he was trying to charge us.

Whem i called there he said come see me i will give you a good deal. The next day the phone was way cheaper. He doesn't call when he says. I told him that i was not happy with him
