“ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My son is 10 and is a huge reader and he had a dentist appointment and missed the books on wheels at school and was so sad he has been looking forward to a certain book for weeks. So i took him to Barns and Noble. were in a hurry to get him back to school. I told the lady at the service desk and she was so ready to help me fast she asked him what book and she new the author the two choices of book and walked right over and picked it up she didn't even have to look it up or anything!!! Very impressive! Then we went to the check out and the guy at the counter was so wonderful with my children! They were both so polite and I am so so greatful! If they ever read this they should be very proud if them selves! Hands down best CUSTOMER service! Thank you two again so much! It seriously took under 5 minutes!!”
