Stopped off today to admire the two lovely vintage Buicks parked on the forecourt and was met by who I presume to be the owner, a very friendly man with whom I got into conversation with. I wasn’t the only one drawn to the cars that were in immaculate condition. Presentation is everything and usually indicates the level of service you can expect.

My husband and I had a great experience trading in his truck and buying a nice used truck at Bill Smith Used Cars. We were offered a fair price for his truck we were trading in, and we also were able to buy a bigger truck that will serve our family better, all for a fair price. Very trustworthy—We didn’t feel like we were getting low-balled or ripped off. They took care of the title transfer, were very flexible with our hectic schedule, and made the whole process very simple. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle.

Scott, the 2nd generation owner, is an honest hard working American. He is not a shady car salesman and he works hard to find good vehicles for his lot. I am new to the area and saw a Ford Edge I liked. I stopped by and talked to Scott about it and was very happy when I first saw it. So I decided to buy it and after two days of driving it. The car started to have issues so I contacted Scott and he did everything for me to get this car back to drivable condition. I will definitely come back and talk to Scott!

We took my daughters boyfriend to Bill Smiths because we had always heard positive things about their business! Kyle bought a 2016 Ford Edge which he loves! Unfortunately within a few days there were issues with the vehicle! Kyle contacted Scott and Scott went so over and above what he had to, to make sure the issues were corrected with the vehicle!! I would not buy a car from here. We purchased a car here 7 weeks ago for our grandson and the car stared making several different noises. We took it to our mechanic and was told the car was not safe to drive. We needed to invest 2000.00 dollars in repairs to be able to drive it. After being told it was a good car and trusting his words I feel scammed.
