I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Walked on the lot, found the car I wanted.. 2021 Chevy Malibu 2.0 premier, upon test driving it wouldn’t start so they jumped it and let me take it for the night, I asked the sales man if it was going to give me any issues while I’m omw to work the next morning, said it shouldn’t.. next day, car didn’t start.. missed 3 hours of work, I was told that there’s a “we owe, you owe” policy and was willing to make it right by compensating the hours and is now telling me I have to purchase the vehicle in order for them to make it right which wasn’t told me, at all.

Let me tell you about how my experience with Betten Baker Used car went. I had a price in mind and also a vehicle that I wanted. I found a 2017 Acadia Denali. Took for a small test drive. I had a 2002 Envoy. Now the Acadia had a lot of bells and whistles. I discussed price. Still over my budget. I was going to buy with cash and no trade in. Well.. I bought it after thee were y lowered the price some. Now.. I’m on my way home. I live about five miles from them and I noticed my engine light was on. I called them right away and they set up an appointment, about week and a half out. They never told me that this wasn’t a precerrified car and what was done with it. I knew that the front end alignment was off too. Oh God!!! Now, I’m stuck with an 1100.00 bill because they said it wasn’t covered and I needed to take it to the dealership in grand haven because they don’t have a monitor for a gmc car!!?? Well, what in the world, you sell them but, don’t have the equipment. So, appointment with grand haven. It needs a 1000.00$$ module for the computer system and I have to pay according to Jon and Dave in Muskegon. They will not cover it EVEN THOU THE LIGJT WAS ON WHEN I LEFT THEIR DEALERSHIP. SO, FOLKS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY DO MOT BACK UP THEIR VEHICLES. NOW IF IT WAS MONTHS TGAT I HAD THIS, i WOULD UNDERSTAND BUT, THIS WAS IMMEDIATELY. SO, I HAVE BEEN TRYING TI SPEAK WITH THE OWNERS. JUST TO FIND OUT IF THIS IS THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS. IM A RETIRED DISABLED NURSE. WORD OF MOUTH PPL, WORD OF MOUTH. I SAVED AWHILE TO BUY MY LAST CAR. I PROBABLY WONT BE ABLE TO DRIVE DOWN THE ROAD FEOM NOW. I HOPE THEY CAN LOOK AT THEMSELVES IN THE MIRROR IN THE MORNING!!

I've been dealing with Betten for a while now. Bought a couple of cars from them over the years. This last time I got to talk to Brock. Super nice guy. He answered any and all questions about my lease and buying my lease. The financial guy was super cool also and straight forward without a bunch of sales tactics! I appreciated that big time!
