I could grade every inch of the place. I could state that something was not perfect or maybe every staff member did not smile at me as I walked by. Who cares! I'm completely satisfied with the service advisor who listens to me and documents my stated concern. I'm completely satisfied with my truck being serviced by a 20+ year diesel technician who takes a great pride in his work . I'm completely satisfied with the Service Department every time I go there. They actually care about their customers and are determined to always do the right thing. Thank you Team Betten!

This place is outstanding and amazing!!!!! Every person was so kind and helpful. Justin sold us two vehicles and did a great job!!!! Showed he cared about our needs and wants. Andrew was also the biggest help ever. We are very happy with how this place treated us and will be coming back!!!!!!
