SCAMMERS. DON'T BUY. I left a great review for salesman Ronnie but I absolutely retract my earlier statements. He refuses to return correspondence. I was assured it had a so called 27 point inspection. I pay almost 2k to have the hummer shipped to CA to determine the rear brakes were inoperable because of rust. Unable to replace breaks because the entire area was rusted out. I took pics. Rust had eaten thru the metal of which I could literally breakoff with a small amount of pressure. Entire rear area was broken and rusted, w many of the components having to be replaced equaling $4500. Now I have huge oil leaks. I have had the car two weeks. Another 2k to repair. I was so duped and mislead. Can't stand this dealer.

Told AJ exactly what I was looking for, what I wanted my payment to be and total price. Within two days he had three SUV’s lined up for me to test drive! Found the one my wife and I liked, had a couple things I would like done before purchasing. He had them all done and ready to go a couple days later! Awesome dude to work with, did all he could to deliver.

It’s Ryan I Just recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee sport utility from Betten Honda. I had the pleasure of working with "Curry" overall great experience. Curry listened and emphasized with me.Would like to thank Curry! For his patience that he had with me through this process because I was slow getting on it but he found the perfect vehicle that fit me 10 out of 10 experience for me and will definitely go back in the future for another vehicle I Would recommend going to see curry at Betten baker

Just recently purchased a 2018 Hyundai Tucson from Betten Honda. I had the pleasure of working with “Curry” overall great experience. I myself work in sales and this didn’t feel like a hard sale Curry listened and emphasized with me. Listened to what my needs and wants were checked out a few different options and found me a long term vehicle that would fit my work and family needs! Great service! From learning that I needed a part ordered for a recall, getting me scheduled for an appointment, to following up with me after service to see if I had any questions or concerns. Have to give a shoutout to Emily for following through with the calls (sorry I work midnights). I even planned to be in the waiting room for 3 hours as quoted in another visit to a dealership in Chicago. But got here and was told it takes about an hour and a half and I swear they got me out of there much sooner. Thanks to you all and will be back for any future service and hopefully one day soon an upgrade!

I took my 1991 Acura Legend in for an oil change on December 21, 2023. I checked in with Julie (I'm not sure of what Julie's title is) when I arrived. I mentioned to Julie that I had a parking light bulb out and she said no problem and added it to the service. Honda performed the 21 point check. Julie advised me of a license bulb being also out. The service was performed in the expected amount of time. Julie kept me aware of how the service was going and different intervals. I also asked her about new plugs for my car for a later service date. She told me right away what the estimate would be. I was watching how Julie moved from customer to customer in the waiting area. She appears to be the only service person at Betten Honda. I believe that a previous service person Andrew had left. Julie is very knowledgeable, professional, and displays extreme patience when interfacing with customers. She is an Allstar! The service was as requested and the cost reasonable.

Just finished the first 1,000 miles on our new Honda Pilot which we love. Many thanks to Nick Policow and the staff, everything went smoothly with the entire process. We wanted a color and model that was difficult to find but they found it sooner than we expected, and Nick kept us informed throughout the process. I would not hesitate to buy another car from them.

I found a pickup exactly like I wanted that I've been searching for weeks online for at this place but I live 180 miles away. I called to make an appointment for the next day with a salesman named Currie and wanted to express my concerns that it wouldn't be sold while I'm making the 3 hour drive there. He told me that he was putting the keys in his office so no one could do anything with it and it would be there for me when I got there the next morning. I left my house at 6 am to make the drive there. About half way, Currie calls me and tells me that he had some leads that he had to tend to a half hour before my appointment. I asked him, they aren't coming to look at the pickup I'm coming for are they and he replied that they were not. Upon my arrival, I was told by Jeff, the sales manager that Currie had went home and someone was already there looking at the pickup that I came for. I reiterated that Currie promised me that this issue wouldn't happen to me. Jeff gave all kinds of excuses like the internet sales guy booked an appointment with the other people at 7pm the day before and I had to tell him that I booked my appointment around noon before they did. Also he said all his guys weren't trained on the new system they have, blah blah blah. He didn't seem to care what Currie had promised me or the fact that I was out about 400 miles round trip, a lost day of work and extra mileage on my truck when I'm trying to keep the miles low and trade it in. Long story short, the other people bought the truck out from under me and all Jeff offered me was some gas without so much as an apology. Evidently Currie knew that he screwed up and wanted to avoid conflict so he went home before I arrived. I think everyone needs to know about the dishonesty and lack of compassion from this dealership. If you have a choice you should probably buy from some other dealership!

I had a great buying experience purchasing my new to me Santa Fe. Curry was once a student of mine during his middle school years and now he’s a hard working car salesman making the process really easy and enjoyable. I would recommend Betten Baker Honda if you are in the market for a new ride!

Curry is absolutely THE guy to go to as far as getting the type of car you’re looking for and is far from pushy. He’s got an enthusiastic and energetic way of doing business and very obviously cares about his clients/customers. Absolutely 10 out of 10 recommend him for any of your car buying needs.

A few months ago I scheduled a service appointment for a recall notice that I had received. The day of the appointment they called and cancelled. They stated they didn't have the parts in to do the service, even tho it was scheduled months in advance. I was then told that they are just now ordering the parts, the day of my scheduled appointment. They are definitely not prepared for service orders.

Great experience today with Curry! Found a car online we were interested in, gave Curry a ring, and he was top notch from beginning to end. We took a cruise, it was very relaxed, comfortable, good conversation, and very upbeat. Super happy with the whole team Curry, finance manager, and Mr. Baker at Betten Honda, we will be back!
