We have purchased two vehicles from Betten Baker Honda in Muskegon and each time was a great and easy experience. We recently went in to purchase a new car for my son and the whole process was very straight-forward and we got a great deal on the car my son had his heart set on. It was made all the easier with Gil Palacios helping us through every step and even staying late to get us out of there the same day. Hell of a guy.

I have purchased a few cars from Tom Schwab now, and i cant praise him enough! My most car i purchased last year started having an issue(definitely a normal thing to happen) and he has gone above and beyond to make sure i had my warranty information and help me get my vehicle scheduled. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help. He has been so helpful and friendly! He has a customer for life!!

I recently bought a pre-owned truck from Betten Honda. My sales associate was Tom Schwab and I had a good experience.
I didn’t feel pressured to add anything extra to my car and the price shown on the website was the price shown to me without any hidden extra charges or fees, which I really appreciated. The test drive was enjoyable and the sale price felt honest and a good deal as well.
Overall I had a good experience test driving and working with Tom to buy my truck.

Terrible communication from the service department and management. Initially Jess was great but service couldn't diagnose my vehicle on the first visit. Issue repeated, and made an appointment again. I requested a call back to confirm my appointment made 3 weeks ago. Couldn't get ahold of service at all, I was very confused. I wanted some clarity on a worse case scenario for my budget, as the quote they provided (albeit without a confirmed diagnoses) was very vague and ambiguous. I told the service manager Dawson I understand there might be other variables, and i wont hold them to it, but they wanted to hide behind ambiguity and smoke. After waiting 3 weeks for my appointment they cancelled my loaner, and said I probably should just go somewhere else the Friday before my appointment on Monday. Glad I figured this out before I bought a car from them, or had my engine tore apart by them. At an incredibly stressful time they made it much worse.
