As a business who is loosing market share to online companies every day, I would think that you would try to assist the few customers still coming through your doors. I came in to purchase a big ticket item, but no employees came to assist me. After 10 minutes of standing around I left, and made my purchase online.

Best Buy employee at door: “Hello, welcome to Best Buy. Can I help you find something?”Me: “Apple Watches?”Best Buy employee: “Just follow the gray carpet around and you will see them. I’ll send somebody right over to assist you.”Me: Several minutes later….**chirp**chirp**…….leaving store and on the way out hears another customer say that nobody ever showed up to assist them either. ??? Purchases big ticket Apple Watch elsewhere. ?⌚️?

Best Buy is the ultimate place for the geek in you, and boy am I geek if I had a million dollars I would be broke before I left that place. There are so many awesome things, from bikes to trains to video games..... oh wait, that's toys r us...Lol ? ?Seriously, though, gaming computers, laptops, tablets oh my, cell phones, smart watches, and security camera systems to that new microwave I needed after my daughter thought it was a good idea to put her Samsung tablet in my old one for a minute... well, Best Buy came to the rescue to replace both .... although the tablet is mine now. No more microwaved tablets .. who knew I needed a lock on the microwave for an 11 yr old... who knew... great place.

My opinion is very small store considering Its Best Buy and even The Geek Squad if you go to the counter and just have a simple question they will charge you I think this is absurd

Can't get waited on, finally someone comes by and takes me away from the counter so I can stand over by the iPads and watch another customer walk up where I just was and get waited on. I was going buy an iPad but not from here anymore. This was my last time at best buy. I've spent thousands of dollars here over the years but I'm done. Hope they go out of business.

Sat for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me and the two employees I asked said they would get someone and nothing. Will never be back. I’ll shop on Amazon.

Staff was friendly enough, but not as forthcoming as I thought they should have been. I had a 55 inch TV to recycle. I called around and found Best Buy did take TV for recycle (Goodwill doesn't any more), and there was no charge; I didn't ask if there was a change, staff member told me. I loaded the TV, entered the store, was told where to put it than told there was a $30 charge! Explained I'd called, but staff only said sorry. I appreciate their offering the service. However staff should be aware of charge and further not tell customer it's a free service.
