I went to Belle tire to purchase new tires. I purchased very expensive tires. When they were done with the vehicle they told me that all my suspension components were bad and they would need to be replaced. Before they would do an alignment. This was $1,700 for the suspension work. I took my Jeep to two other ASE qualified mechanic shops both verified that my suspension components were fine. A few months later I go to do my brake pads and I can't get none of my lug nuts off because they're either over tightened and stripped. Not even the factory breaker bar will fit the lug nuts now. I am beyond livid I paid $1,000 for new tires and I was supposed to have an alignment done and they never did it. They obviously didn't use torque bars on my vehicle and they screwed up the lug nuts. Now I'm beginning to wonder if the humi I've been hearing is the wheel bearings from over tightened lug nuts. Stripped the lug nuts. I do not recommend using them period. From what I've been told from many the suspension stuff need to be replaced is a scam and they do that to everybody. I looked up the parts for my vehicle they said were bad and the parts total just under 400.00 they want to double that for the parts and outrageous labor. Stay away from them they do crap business and crap work.

Picked up a nail in one of my tires. Came into the store on a Monday evening they got me checked in and patched the tire for free. Waiting room is clean and spacious, will definitely consider getting services here again.

Excellent and prompt service. Walmart might be cheaper, but Walmart isn't a major sponsor of Red Wings hockey. Tires are too important to buy the cheapest brand.

Staff was helpful and friendly. I'm very happy with the service and price for my new set of tires. Highly recommend.
Update: went in to have tires rotated. Once again, the staff was outstanding. I'll never buy tires anywhere else.

Less than impressed. Made an appointment to get a nail removed and was told my tire was leaking from the valve stem so they rebuilt it. I’m happy to have that fixed, but when asked about the nail I was told there wasnt a nail and so I had to ask them to look again. I’m not sure where the communication broke down, but I’m pretty little frustrated. The people were friendly and my nail is now removed. But I hope they can note what the customer is saying upon intake.

Can't say enough good about this Belle Tire. Just took my car in to get a slow leak fixed. They were booked solid and said it may be til the next morning for pick up. AND -- they got it done that day. Extremely reasonable fix. Great people. I have been taking my cars here for 20 years now. Runs like an old fashioned service center and actually serves the customer. I would recommend them to anyone.

Always a great experience. We’ve been customers since they opened. They’ve even done a lift kit project for me. And whenever we have any issues with our tires they are typically able to fix them quickly.
