My 10 year old is obsessed with this place! This location is always clean, tidy and well-stocked. Friendly staff everywhere you look. Sales are hit or miss; I recommend using their app to get the best deals.

Worst experience I've ever had while Christmas shopping. Card got charged three times and didn't receive any product. Customer service is useless in store and online.

I absolutely love babw. I'm so excited there's a new location after TJ max and before Burlington. The babw in the lakes mall will always be my favorite location especially since I love the people who work there. Especially the manager Marla, and assistant manager Seth they're both awesome. The old manager who worked at mall location named Jess is at new location which is so awesome because she definitely deserves it and I'm so happy for her. So please don't forget all the awesome people at the lakes mall location because we love to see you all and help you with all your babw needs especially this holiday season!♡♡♡

Even though items are more expensive than drug stores, they have always kept up their quality and are worth it. There are always sales happening. The staff is friendly and helpful for any questions or items you want to find
