They contacted me, it was fraudulent, did not let the transaction go through, cancelled my card, and I received a new one in (less than:) 7-10 business days.

“LFCU is a great place to do your banking. Mu husband has had an account there for over 40 years, and his father before him. Although a bit of staff turnover (since COVID) the staff is always very friendly and especially kid-friendly. They have a good driveup, ATM, and regular inside service hours. They also offer online banking, Zelle transfers, mobile check deposits - all the modern options. I recommend this place to anyone.”

“Most of the negative reviews are entitled boomers trying to pin LMCU by being review bullies. Anytime I need something they do they best they can and usually pretty quick. Sometimes they are busy.... no you can't cut in line even if "it is really quick." Just be realistic think to yourself "if I worked here how would i want to be treated" and stop pretending you have a better understanding of how a bank should operate with your 30 years of shop experience...you 1 star people just sound like entitled yuppies.”

“For awhile there earlier this year, they must have been training tellers and then relocating them to a different branch in another city. How do I know? First, because Muskegon only has one branch which is a shame, but secondly, I would go in the next week and those trainee tellers were gone! However, we have had the same tellers for awhile now and the customer service provided is exceptional! They are welcoming, knowledgeable, very patient and quite funny, which I really enjoy! We moved a couple of months ago and Chase is on the other side of Muskegon. I should just transfer banks to something closer with gas prices so high and checking accounts all being so similar. But I really like the tellers they have in place at Chase so I'm staying because of them! Now if the bank decides to start transferring them wherever, then that's what I will do because Chase is a good bank but my loyalty lies with the smiling and friendly tellers they had the good sense to hire!”
