I had the absolute best service today from the most knowledgeable and helpful salesman Mike! Thank you so much for going out of your way to insure I got all the correct lights and fluids for my Ford Flex!!! You not only went over and above to insure I got all the correct parts and fluids but you even took out my old bulbs and went as far as to replace my old bulbs for me!!!! Now that’s costumer service!!!

I made an online order, to pickup at a particular store. Website listed available part at said store. No. Part available at another nearby store. Clerk called nearby store and verified part availability and I was able to pickup needed part at another store. Although I had to stop at two stores, the teamwork between the two stores was fluid and efficient making it nearly seamless. No worries. Satisfied with the service.

Sold me super expensive wipers last year, the clips kept breaking, they said I needed new wipers again! Went across the street, paid $50.00 less, for way better quality wipers. Will NEVER go back to AutoZone. Complete rip off!
