Stay FAR FAR away from the clown and dealership. Noah Shineldecker doesn't know how to communicate in a timely manor and lies without care. He agreed to buy my truck from me, after wasting a week and half of slow communications from him, trips to the bank to get a payoff letter, and more time waiting on him to respond we set a day for his drivers to come pick up my truck. I asked and VERIFIED with Noah that the driver would have TWO checks, one for the payoff (we were meeting at Chase to payoff the loan) and one made to me for the difference. I met the driver at the bank and he hands me one check for the balance after payoff only. I ask for the second check for the payoff and drivers immediate response was "Every time they send me out of town they screw something up" Noah called me and tried to tell me they had direct paid it and he didn't know it, however Chase said their was no pending payments or record of this. Then they told me they had paid it from the wrong Dealership and were canceling that payment and paying from a different account. Now the next day suddenly I'm too far away to send send someone again and he didn't know how far I was even though the ad clearly stated exactly where I was located. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH NOAH SHINELDECKER, he is a lying weasel with no morals.

worst ever. scheduled tire rotation and oil change. Drove 45 min to dealer, oill change sticker (applied by dealer) says 15000 or 11/30/23. Tire rotation due at 11,700. They didn't do either. Basically lost 2 hrs of my life. Salesman was a joke. Knew nothing about the vehicle. Looked everything up in manual. Just a bad choice of mine to buy from this dealer. I will never do business with them again. I hope you can learn from my mistake.

I was very pleased with my experience buying a used car from Nick. He treated the sale with care and was very responsive throughout the process.

I am continually impressed with the communication from the service department at My Auto. We had owned several other import vehicles in the past, and had horrible experiences with service. We bought our Q8 and have had it serviced here, and have had really positive experiences here. Ariel and Elizabeth are on top of it! Communication is top notch- I am always notified of service needs ahead of time and approve charges before the service occurs. As I am out of town, I am also offered a service vehicle before I ask. The process is always smooth and efficient and is very much appreciated. If a desk is unoccupied at the moment, other staff come over to assist. Customer Service is still ALIVE at MyAuto Imports in MUSKEGON!

5 stars. I've used this dealership 2x now for routine service and both times they went above and beyond. The first time I was covered under VW extended car care and they where more than happy to pull that and assist with billing as everything I had done was covered by that. The second time I needed to get in last minute as I was driving from out of state and needed service while I was In town. They where accomidating and helpful thru the whole process.

From start to finish, the trade-in and purchase process was great. They were more than fair on my trade-in, and Reagan ensured the purchase of my new Atlas went smoothly. I love the lifetime oil changes and the waiting room is clean and comfortable with great coffee and tasty popcorn.

I wish I could give zero star, but one will do. They'll gladly sell you a lemon and promise you that there's nothing wrong. Just like they did to me... Avoid them at all costs... I bought a used car from them a month ago, went down there to look at a Subaru Impreza wagon, they claimed it was certified inspected with only an O2 sensor, bad brakes, and a wheel bearing and that the old owner took really good care of it even though it's set for a couple of months. When I went for a test drive the dealer went with me and only for a round the block test drive in a residential neighborhood. To the whole entire process they were pushy for me to sign. After I bought it I took it to a mechanic to get the problem sorted, only to find out that it needs: catalytic converter and full exhaust, brake disc replacement, brake caliper replacement, front CV axles, timing belt, head gasket, and oil pan. When I took it back to them to see if they could fix, we struck up a deal to only do the bare minimum to get it roadworthy. After that the transmission started to slip... When that started to happen I've tried to call them back several times to see if I can get a different deal on a different car... Only to get silence from them... So here I am, not even to my first payment in the car is about to fall apart around me and I'm half expecting you to die on me when I go to or from work everyday.

I can't say enough good things about the Muskegon My Imports Subaru Service Department. I have dealt with a number of Subaru service departments. Some have been good, others mediocre to shoddy. I can positively say that this is the best I have dealt with in three states. My car developed what could have been a serious service problem. The dealership in my home town said they couldn't even look at it for three weeks. I called around, and the Muskegon dealership, 2 1/2 hours away, was the only one that could work me in. They discussed the problem over the phone, determined that the vehicle was safe to drive, and set an appointment in three days. Within an hour, Sam, my service advisor, had diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. I left my car, and two days later the part was installed. After that part was installed, Sam discovered a second, related part that needed to be replaced. He ordered that part, it was in the next day, and my problems were solved. This is the most punctual, professional Subaru dealership I have dealt with in the six years I have owned the car. They kept me advised at every step of the way. The repairs were reasonably priced, the service was efficient, the facilities were great. I would drive 2 1/2 hours again just to work with this dealership. If their sales department is anything like their service department, whenever it comes time to replace one of our two Subarus, they will likely earn my business.

Thought third time would be the charm to get them to follow up on a sale. NOPE! Went in for my oil change (service department is great), their appraiser asked me to value my car and see about a trade in. After I finished laughing, I explained I had tried this twice already over the past year with ZERO follow through. Was assured he would put me with someone that would FOR SURE follow up. Gave them the information they requested from me. The one follow up I received was they got the info and would for sure follow up just needed some time to work it out. One week later. ZERO FOLLOW THROUGH. I would have been fine with a nope nothing we can do. NOTHING. We have been loyal customers since we moved here 10 years ago. Other than the service department I would NOT recommend.

Purchased a used Honda Accord with the 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine in it from them in September of 2019. The deception started when they lied about what the check engine light was on for, they said it was the O2 sensor and when I scanned it after purchase it was the knock sensor that was bad. then, a couple days of owning it I noticed black on the rear bumper, indicating it was burning oil. No wonder they "detailed" the car after returning from my test drive after I agreed on the purchase. The car needed a quart of oil every 500 to 750 miles. The car lasted about 6 months then it lost compression in cylinder 2. A car like this should have been auctioned off. If I could rate them with 0 stars I would.

Would give less than one star but can't. BUYER BEWARE at least for a lease vehicle. They hire a third party inspector for turning in your vehicle and charge you for EVERY single little scratch (verified other dealers do not do this) not to mention their service sept is awful! They didn't replace our air filter correctly, car stalled while driving, then they blamed it on us.

I bought a 200,000+ mile car here. Mitchell was real great and was able to work with me on a good price. I had to put $500+ into it right away, which I knew before buying, but now it keeps running like a champ.

Great customer service when you go to buy a car from them, but after, if you need anything, they're very rude, don't want to help you, and take their sweet time. Very unprofessional company.

I would not buy used cars here specifically Subaru. Bought an 08 Outback and a week later had the check engine light come on along with flashing cruise control. Brought it in and was told it was an emissions issue and it's not a big deal. Come to find out all they did was clear the code and it ended being a bad catalytic converter and cost $1600 to fix. No less than a few weeks after buying the vehicle. Save yourself the time and money and go to Fox Subaru in Grand Rapids. Blows this place out of the water. I will never recommend anyone to go here, super shady.
