We placed an order at the end of March 2024 for a king mattress and adjustable bed frame. The mattress thank God was delivered to our home, which it wasn't supposed to be, had it not been, we may never have seen it. The frame is still missing and no one answers the phone. We have called multiple store locations and finally spoke with someone who apologized and said for our hassle they were upgrading our frame. This never happened. Called another store and spoke with the owner who is also not retuning our phone calls and says we will not be getting the upgraded frame. We have yet to receive any tracking information on the frame. This feels like a scam where they keep promising a resolution of some sort but provide no proof. If I do not hear back or get written resolution soon I will be calling the local police and filing a report.

Several years ago we purchased an adjustable bed frame, mattresses and a headboard from this company.
The headboard was back ordered so we requested a refund, $400. We are still waiting for the actual refund, emails and texts go unanswered. I would not recommend doing business with this company. They did issue a refund on paper but the money was never credited to our account at the finance company. It's hard to trust a company that keeps money that is not theirs.

We ordered our mattress and frame 4 weeks ago. We were told it would be at our home in 2-3 weeks. We are still waiting for it! We cannot get ahold of the store we bought it from! We cannot contact anyone to get information from corporate! I cannot get them to answer any questions!!!
