The service was horrible. The veterinarian never even acknowledged our dog. She didn't even seem to like animals. I wouldn't have even given it a one star but I had to to post.

I just called here because I need to say goodbye to my beloved fur baby. He hates car rides so I wanted to use the closest place possible. They wouldn’t see him because he isn’t their patient. Heartless.

Avoid this place at all costs!! We could have probably had a lot more time with our cat if they actually cared for him properly. We took him here because he was losing weight like crazy, they put him on antibiotics for 2 weeks and said to follow up. After the 2 weeks, we then followed up and they didn’t even exam him, just said continue on for another 2 weeks. We then scheduled an appointment for blood work and they kept changing our appt so we cancelled. Then took him to the emergency vet and turns out he has liver disease and we have to put him down tomorrow because of how bad it has gotten. If they wouldn’t have been so careless, we could have gotten a hold of this much sooner and could’ve given our boy a fighting chance. Staff was rude on the phone when explaining what happened and they wouldn’t even let us schedule an appointment for our dying cat without seeing that paperwork from the emergency vet. Said they would call us back today to get something set up and we never heard a thing. Proving that they could care less about your animal.

I have taken my pets here for 8 years and will never go anywhere else again. The doctors and the office staff are always so welcoming and knowledgeable. My cats are always so calm when we are there and even my grumpiest girl is calm and sweet for Dr. Steffes. We love her!

Doctor was super rude. Made a comment assuming I lived in a very small house. Had no solution for me other than to rehome my cats
