I have an air care for 2 years sometimes it's hit and miss with them I called for supplies I'm told that my insurance ain't good I call my insurance find out it is so I called back and it's okay I think some of those girls need to take a vacation for a couple months better trained my portable started making noise I was accused of dropping it that kind of like upset me not the one that gave me turns itself on when I'm charging it and if I go through h*** trying to get a new one we will see then just know I don't give up so let's please try to be a little bit more customer professionally it would be nice that I got that off my chest you got to be honest with the reviews now that's all company becomes the best they learn when they do wrong how you grow a company thank you

They've been bought out buy another company and now their customer service is absolutely PATHETIC! Calling their phone number is a complete waste of time as they never answer. Go with another DME provider if possible as this company is worthless.

First of all, the people there were kind and provided excellent service, including the man who delivered my chair. HOWEVER, I hate the recliner I bought! It was around 6 or $700, been gently used for a lil over a yr (not even daily) and its terribly made. I've needed a pillow for low back so I don't feel a board at my lumbar region, a pillow for each arm when leg rest is up or else there are 2x4's under each elbow as well. The seat part is about bottomed out and I am only 120 lbs. While a person "gets what they paid for", this chair isn't worth $300 - That being said, I sure wish they didn't even sell such low quality, especially being a medical place - this chair will cause a person more pain than they had to begin with, but then ya don't know that when you're mkg a purchase unless told. I shouldn't have relied on the company selling only great quality, this chair isn't even "good".

Air-Caire are fabulous to deal with. I had a recent tragedy where I lost my home and all it's contents. I was left with just my power wheelchair. The staff in the office and their techs came at all hours to make sure I had the DME supports I needed wherever I was laying my head. Now I'm in my own place and they are still being awesome at every turn of my illnesses and needs.Prices are reasonable. Techs are well trained and figure things out if it's unusual so the patient isn't left without their equipment. Office staff go the extra mile to get exactly what the patient needs. I have a "troublesome" Jazzy chair that they're constantly finding ways to keep running.Call them. You won't regret it.

Poor poor customer service. You would think that if a medical supply business has a large customer base they would have the necessary supplies to service them. Twice now my doctor has put in a request to them and twice now it has taken them over two months to respond. Then when they called this last time and left a message, I called them back in less than ten minutes and they had already given my over night test to someone else. This is NOT how you should conduct your business. They should at least give a person until the end of the day to call back before moving on to the next person. You know, some people do have to work during the day. Giving an excuse that the medical devices are too expensive and you only have a couple to go around is not a very good reason. Well, I did some research and these specific devices only cost around $350.00. As for medical equipment these days, I think this is fairly inexpensive. And have you ever heard of a business expense tax write off.

This place is terrific. I need a regular durable medical supply set of items. After struggling with another provider with a bigger presence, Airway Oxygen, and having them mess up order after order, I decided to had to find another provider. I found Air-Caire and I must say I am impressed. I called on a Friday and the wonderfully pleasant and helpful staffer got me signed up in minutes. She said I would see my supplies in a few days. She even called back shortly after to alert me to my deductible. Imagine my surprise when the shipment showed up the next day! I hope they keep up this level of service. I must say I am very impressed.

I was traveling from out of state, and once I started unpacking for the night, realized that I'd forgotten the hose & facemask for my cpap. After a lousy night sleep, I found Air-Caire nearby and told them my predicament. I could not be more impressed - and grateful - for their help. They showed me several masks to try, and were helpful as I made my decision - and even gave me a discount! I was back on my way with my friends in less than 15 minutes. Friendly, efficient and helpful - thank you!

I am setting up for surgery coming up and contacted Stephanie for a walker. She had that walker to me the same day and I love it! I also purchased a shower chair and raised toilet seat and again they had that to me same day! Sturdy equipment and great service! 5 star rating*****

Good company to work with. Helped my husband get a new c-pap thru our Dr and insurance. His other one was over 12 years old and finally quit. Within a few days, Jason came over and explained everything to a Tee. Now he can finally sleep tonight with a new updated machine for the first time in 2 weeks.
They will be a good company to work with. Give them a call.

They have no problem working with my insurance, Medicare/Medicaid.
