I had to make a call to Jose from ABC warehouse out of Muskegon about the
LG refrigerator we bought from them that was still under the manufacturers warranty.
He took very good care of us and was very good at resolving our issue. Was able to keep us as a futue returning customer. Took a bad day and made it much better! Thaks Jose.

Over all the product of the appliances are good, the experience there was subpar… we found a living room set we liked, were told it was in stock, we left to grab a rented trailer to haul it, came back and was told he misspoke and it is actually not in fact in stock… (wasted money on renting a trailer) we found a reclining chair we liked, we were told it was in stock then 10 minutes later as we were continuing our shopping we were told again it was in fact NOT in stock. We decided to still purchase the recliner and were told it would be at the store location on the 10th of April… just called today to find out the shipment of recliners hadn’t even reached the store yet and is not I transit. It’s extremely frustrating being told one thing to find out another every step so far! I understand if things get pushed back but a simple call to inform your customers the shipment is being pushed back would be nice! Communication is key!

I just had the best experience I've ever had buying a mattress! My salesman Ted Draper has extensive knowledge of each and every mattress ABC carries. His patience and non high pressure with me were very helpful. Anyone out there needing a new mattress should go see Ted Draper at ABC Warehouse in Muskegon!

I've got to say, I'm pleasantly surprised. I'd never been in an ABC and didn't expect much, thinking it was more of a warehouse type store like a Ollie's. I was instantly impressed by their layout, a lot of nice, even higher end name brand stuff and some very nice furniture. Ted assisted me and had me in and out quickly, nothing high pressure.
What impressed me even more was their delivery communication. They kept me informed every step of the way and were here when they said they would be. The two gentlemen that delivered were polite and in and out quickly.
I'll be back to look at some furniture soon!
