Awesome family owned Muskegon business! They do all my tire work and always do a great job. This last time I had to re-schedule 3 times due to emergencies that came up. Each time they just said, "tell us when you are ready and we will take care of you". I highly recommend the team at Smith Tire. Great job again today!

I came to Smith's on the recommendation of a friend and was not disappointed. As someone who had worked in automotive service for 10 years I was very impressed. The pricing was very competitive, the shop was clean and organized, the waiting area was very nice , and the service was excellent. James and his crew are awesome. I will do all my tire work here and not hesitate to send friends and family their way. 6/5 ?

This guy is a piece of work bought some tires and they gave me one with a nail in it. Brought it back in to be fixed they said it was nothing in it. Brought it back a second time he said it was a nail in it and then charged me for it saying that the first one was free. He knew it was a nail in it from the beginning. He is very dishonest. Please don't send your car there

Please do not send your vehicles here. These people are crockett and dishonest. I brought my car in to be repaired and it came out worse than when I bought it in. I tried to reach the owner, but like a coward he duck my calls.
