We paid for a $5k cabin in the U.P. through Airbnb. Day of check-in, I did not receive the instructions as promised by Melinda. She communicated through AirBnb and my payments were taken as scheduled. Find out they double booked the cabin and my reservation was canceled. Airbnb has promised a full refund
