I went in to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted, but I should have done my homework on the technician beforehand. Marie did a terrible job, and my brows look awful. After some deliberation, I decided to reach out to the management, which was a bit uncomfortable, but they told me I could come in for a refund. When I arrived, the woman processing my refund acted like it was a personal loss for her. I inquired about a more skilled brow technician, and they looked at me as if I had just insulted them. It was quite the experience!

I had an appointment with Erica to do a makeup consultation and she did such a great job! She was so helpful and kind, and suggested products that I could afford and would actually use. Thanks, Erica!

My daughter and I have been in 4-5 times and every visit gets better. This time we took my niece for her first tween face wash. The manager must’ve taken note of the brand she was interested in bc they snuck 3 of their products and some samples into our bag for free! She found the Orabella bottle I was looking for in the back(the greatest perfume ever made-salted muse), showed me tons of product's I was curious about and made it all feel easy. I don’t even wear makeup but I’m a lifelong Ulta loyalist because of how amazing this store is run! Shoutout to the cashier who admitted to not knowing the answer to my question but learning along with me and having a super natural customer service way about him that made it all a comfortable and fun trip. Can’t wait to go back.

Love the staff at this location, just terrible quantities of items. ALWAYS out of stock on items and I feel like everything I need ALWAYS has to be done store to door. I know it’s not their fault just wish corporate would fix this. I’m sad b/c I love Ulta and I feel if I need a product it would be more beneficial to just drive to Midland where they always have the items I need. PLEASE bring more stock to MP location!

I went to Ulta in Mt. Pleasant for hair and make up for my wedding and bridal party, and Sam and Mo did a FANTASTIC job. Sam was amazing at doing makeup for everyone, and Mo made our hair perfect! The atmosphere was so relaxing and nice for the morning of the wedding.

Sam and Mo were absolutely wonderful!! So helpful in interpreting what we wanted and making it happen. I couldn't have asked for better stylists on such an important wedding day ❤️ Mo did wonderful looks for everyone's hair in our group, and Sam did amazing helping us get makeup looks that coordinated yet fit each of our preferences.
