I travel from Ohio . I had a slow leak and Tuffy was open, I was able to get a new tire within the hour and I was back to Ohio. Everyone was very honest and nice!

I only gave five stars because they didn’t have a sixth! My car broke down on 23 in Toledo, OH in the middle of the night and had to have it towed. I dropped it off at Tuffy in the middle of the night. They replaced my CV joint and had it back to me within 24 hours. Everybody talks the talk, but they actually backed it up. Thank you!

The best! I had an emergency and they were right here for my girls and I. They got me right in and made sure that our car was safe. Professional and friendly. Nate was thorough. He was honest and did not take advantage of my situation. Highly recommend!!!

I called just for a quote on tires. Told the guy more than once"I'm just shopping around so not looking to get any tires RIGHT NOW". He kept trying to reel me in. Then they called less than an hour after I called STEADY trying to get me to buy their tires. Poor business ethics if you ask me. Don't pester someone when they clearly and repeatedly tell you "I'M JUST SHOPPING RIGHT NOW". Made me not want to get tires from here now. Thanks.......no thanks.

Everyone was very friendly (especially Lauren). Usually auto shops don’t take the time to show me what is wrong with my car and explain how the parts are supposed to be working. They didn’t charge for an inspection which put me at ease since there are other places locally that do. Service was timely and I’ll definitely use their services again.
