There was a little miscommunication with the statement “we’ll check it out”, BUT, Brandon heard me out and was more than accommodating. He took accountability and made things right and that’s all I ever could ask for! He was very kind and professional. I will be back simply for the service he gave.

Shout out to Brandon at this location I have a family reunion up in mesick Michigan I live down by St John's blee a tire on my boat trailer less than 5 minutes before this location close not only did Brandon make sure I had a new rim because mine was destroyed but he also put the tire on it and had everything ready for me to pick up to repair my trailer and get back on the road I can't say enough good things about that customer service above and beyond I hope he gets recognition for the work that he has put in this evening I am amazed living down by St John's I would have to say this is definitely a location I would be willing to travel to for this type of service

They say people make the diffrence... well, Jason, manager of the Tire Factory in Mt. Pleasant came upon us on his way home from work on a Saturday, flat tire on our boat trailer. He immeditaly jumped in to help and by help I mean changed the tire by himself. He was so knowlageable and kind, wouldn't take a dime! I may just have to drive to Mt. Pleasant to buy tires from now on! The people of Mt. Pleasant are lucky to have him and his team to go to for their tire needs. Thanks Jason! Jan & Jerry

I thought I found a broken belt in my tire that I got from here over a year ago. The tire factory rep I talked to told me to bring it in to get looked at. Turns out the front tires were fine just needed to be balanced. They charged me nothing and we're so respectful and helpful. I will be sure to keep my business with this company at this location.

This is the only place I would ever purchase tires from. Working with Brandon was an excellent experience. I told him what my concerns were regarding the tires that were being replaced on my truck, and he hooked me up with tires that resolved all the concerns I had with my previous tires (traction, noise). The new tires have never disappointed me in any situation. I knew immediately he had made a great choice for me when I pulled out of their parking lot during a very heavy snow storm, and the truck lurched forward when I hit the gas. With the tires I was replacing, I could barely make it out of my driveway with 2 inches of snow, even when brand new!
I was so happy with the tires for my truck, I returned recently to have new tires put on our car. When my wife got there, again, Brandon was excellent to work with her. Though I had already talked with Brandon prior to her arrival, she said he treated her with such professionalism, she would never go anywhere else!
In this day and age of failing customer service, it's great to find a business who cares that you took the time to stop in, and take the time to work with you to address your needs or concerns. If you are in the market for tires, I highly recommend giving them a call.
I was a Walmart Tire Center customer for years, and after repeatedly being turned away by being told I would have a 2-3 hour wait for a simple tire rotation and/or balance, literally without a single vehicle in the bays, I was fed up with them. There was always an excuse like the tech was on lunch, they were short staffed, etc. I will never darken the doorway of Walmart's Tire Center again. The Tire Factory has never made me wait more than what is reasonable considering they were giving another customer the same amazing service that they would be giving me once it was my turn.
Hat's off to a great crew! I will see you for my next tire purchase!

Jason and his team went above and beyond. I was served immediately and after 10 minutes i was done. Nice knowing that the store down from the national brand still has that smaal town helpfullness. Will be visting anytime i need tire service while in the Mt. Pleasant area.

The guys here will treat you well, better than the other tire places around. Came in to get a tire patched, I was out in 20 minutes. Free of charge because I had a warranty on my tires, which they installed last year at a very reasonable price.

Highly recommend these guys!! They’re not some big franchise controlled by a bunch of middle men, this is where you come to support your local business’s!! Everyone here is very kind & personable. You can tell each and every individual actually cares about the work they’re doing. Making sure that customers understand every detail. Fast and efficient! Returning customers here for sure!! :))
