First time I went in, the member who assisted me was friendly and helpful. Didn't make me feel like I was a burden or a waste of his time.
To me, the wait time in between customers is a little strange. Granted, I don't know what they have to do on their terminals once they are finished with a customer, but their disposition reads off as, "I'm not in a hurry to help you and you can wait". It's definitely not the place to be if you had other plans, because you will be waiting for a while.
I came in for the second time to request a wifi pod. For some reason, the wifi stops just before my bedroom. Things started out okay and the member who called me up was getting a pod for me. Another member was assisting them. Apparently, you have to jump through many hoops and pages just to get one of these things, and I was not qualified to get one. Member 2 looked over at Member 3 (helping someone else), and asked him something like, "Tell me this code is saying we can't give them a pod". He looked over and said, "If it says that, there's nothing we can do. They shouldn't need a pod in an apartment or a trailer." The way they said that was sort of aggravating. It was almost like it was my fault for making their lives difficult. I don't understand why it was such a difficult experience. I wasn't being rude or impatient or impolite. I didn't make snarky comments or treat the staff like they were belligerent. But it certainly didn't stop them from treating me the way they did. When they were done, I was given a card with a number on it and they were done with me. I didn't get an apology, I didn't get a "Have a nice day", or anything. I was just handed a card and blown off. I really hope I never have a reason to come back into this facility if this is how I'm going to be treated. The three stars is only because the first person who helped me was super friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. This time, I got three people who wanted nothing to do with me.

Doesn’t tell you upfront but the anytime upgrade IS BASED ON YOUR CREDIT!!! If you have poor credit don’t bother paying the extra for the plan to do the anytime upgrades because they won’t let you!!!

Class act in customer service. I had just received the poorest service ever at Verizon. I went to Spectrum immediately after and was a total 180 degree shift. Chris took care of me, and I'm all hooked up. The rest of the staff was great; perfect local welcoming atmosphere. Better deal was just icing on the customer service cake. I haven't had the internet for 6 months it's been nothing but a fight last month I never got a bill I'm afraid of getting a big bill that I can't afford will be canceling in a few days

Was given the incorrect information from two store employees. Made a second appointment wasted an hour of my time and half a tank of gas to be told I was wrong and one of the employees that told me the wrong information just stood there without a word. Train your employees correctly. This is ridiculous and a waste of my time and money.

Transfer after transfer and we still paying for service we don't use. Then we are shutting this finding something else they are ok with charging more

Gina speaking with her on the phone through the Mt. Pleasant phone number, most helpful customer service representative there. Pleasant, not in a hurry, concerned that my problem was meant and solved. Appreciate her service. Tome to get her a rate increase.

They are really slow here so many people setting here. They have three people working but only two are working the other is setting in back . Left the Customer at the desk over 30 min know .

I am not too impressed with half of the staff here. My experience varies on who is waiting on me. Some staff are friendly and helpful while others are rude and off putting. I have seen instances of going above and beyond but I have seen others berate customers.

When someone politely gives the correct pronunciation of their name, please don’t be rude to them and impose your views. I’m sorry your name isn’t ever pronounced correctly but allowing you a chance to pronounce mine correctly is no way a chance for you to rudely tell a customer to get over it. Canceled service immediately.
