Cheaper gas, great customer service. You don't get to many people anymore that are as polite and outgoing as the guy working was tonight. It was nice to actually be answered back when talking to someone. Definitely will frequent thus place more.

A costly accident occurred thanks to an innocent misunderstanding. Lewis, the gas station attendant at the time handled it very professionally with sympathy, patience and kindness. Very grateful. They definitely earned my repeat business. Thanks Lewis!!

I had $80 on my debit card. I went in this gas station, I purchased $15 in gas bought 3 packs of cigarettes for a total of $37.14. I left the store and went to Walmart to purchase food. After 30 minutes of shopping, I took my items $28 to checkout and my debit card was declined. I looked on my phone app which showed that I had $42 available. Shell gas station took their $37.14 but also took ANOTHER $37.14 to insure that get their payment. Shell charged me $74.28 (DOUBLE) for a $37.14 purchase. I was not able to buy groceries. I returned to Shell. They have no sign stating they hold double payment to insure they get their money. I spoke with the manger, whom stated it was their policy. I told her that I wanted my money back. She said, “I’m sorry, I called my card and they said that it would take up to 8 DAYS .... I will never shop there again !!!! BUYERS BEWARE

The "lady" with the pinkish purple colored hair watched me walk into the store with no mask watched me the whole time i was getting a fountain drink and waited until i got to the counter (right next to the door) to tell me she couldn't sell me anything because i didnt have a mask.... What sense does it make to watch someone the whole time watch them touch stuff then wait till they have there stuff to tell them you wont let them purchase anything when you could have said something as soon as you WATCHED ME come in without a mask and watched me the whole time in the store ?. Needless to say will not be going back to this store.

Good people sometimes the pricing is a little steep that's why I won't give it a perfect score but then again I understand it gas stations do not make money really from the gas they sell it is the convenient items so we all have to be understanding of that

Hands down, this is the best Shell in Mt. Pleasant. All the other Shells, of which there are 2 or 3, can't match the utter and undeniable cleanliness and quality of this Shell. The bathrooms are really clean even though they face war and terror on a daily basis (some people don't know how to use a bathroom apparently). The coffee is great, would highly suggest the campfire roast. Everything is fresh and the night cashier (I think her name's Emma or Emile or something) is funny and really, really, really ridiculously good looking. It's also rumored that she may have even invented the piano key necktie. If you seek culture and convenience, I highly suggest the High Street Shell.
