Every time is go in there, they do NOT have what I'm looking for. It's disappointing when I have to drive 20 miles thinking that the thing I got last week would be there, but it's not. This is the 4th time that has happened. I will spend my money else where.

Club of the year multiple times in the past few years. They are really member obsessed and treat everyone from their employees to customers like family with love and care. They really do their best to make sure you get what you're looking for or at least try to help you find it from another place. I love this place

I ordered Folgers Columbian and received Classic when I picked up order last week... still got charged the extra for the Columbian. I called Sam's in Mt. Pleasant and they could not issue a refund or exchange for what I wanted because I needed to be there in person.. which the store is an hour away...Come on Sam's club, I order thousands a year in groceries, including ordering online and in store and having items shipped! This isn't the first time they made this mistake.... do better Sam's!

Why would they have a good working man like Mike Rose for 6 months then today make him feel bad like he just isn’t good enough that’s a hostile work in the making I’ve watched him several times doing the work of two people and today Sunday may 5 they make him feel like he is worthless where do they train these managers

Be very careful what you order when having it shipped to your home! Love Sam's, but their shipping dept. isn't good. I've received bags of chips that were smashed up because they crammed too many bags in the box and yesterday I received a large box leaking Dawn dish soap. They put it in the box without taping the top spout so it opened and I had soap covering all my items and half the bottle gone! I was not happy and the FedEx guy wasn't either. Soap all over his truck.
