Had 2 tires go bad on a vacation. Dwayne went above and beyond to help us out.i can not thank him enough. The guys in the back did a great job too. Very fast. Amazing experience.

I went in 30 minutes before closing and was able to get right in. Jacob was my service man. He’s always knowledgeable, kind and thorough with a big smile. I’ll will always go to Krapohl Ford for my oil changes.

The service department front desk is abysmal. Any conversation is met with 0 knowledge of any actual mechanical processes . Very disappointing. I'll drive an hour + to go anywhere else if I ever have another recall. Did unrequested/unauthorized work. Get a front desk representative who's a mechanic, not a failed salesman.

Quick Lane oil change...NOT QUICK! the last 3 times I've gone has been incredibly SLOW and the last time they installed the oil filter in a manner that left the oil leaking out. Not be going back. So sad for such an otherwise fine dealership. Get your service dept. back on track!

I went on a Monday morning when they opened. I got right in and out. I feel that they do a very good job with checking over your brakes and tires besides doing the oil change. They are a little more expensive then the drive thru oil change places but I feel more confident about the work that these guys are doing. I highly recommend this place.

I have used Kraphol Ford oil change services various times over the past 20 years and have always found them to be very helpful and they have done a superb job for my vehicles and my son's car!

I got my oil changed in my Chevy Cruse this week, I don't know what kind of parts they use but they must be made of gold to cost 2x what it would cost any where else. Very disappointed with this place. I will wait the two weeks to get it into the Chevy dealer next time.Service: Oil change
