Came in to open a new account, as the sign out front said I checked in online with one person ahead of me and waited in my car outside for half an hour. I watched 3 other customers pull up, walk in, and leave during the span of my wait. I will not be returning to this location.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO RATING UNDER STARS, I WOULD. THE LEAD TELLER IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST AND THE HOME OFFICE WILL BE NOTIFIED. SHE TREATS PPL HORRIBLY. SAID IF I DIDN'T LIKE IT, TO GO OPEN MY ACCOUNTS SOMEWHERE ELSE. VERY POOR EXAMPLE OF PNC. FEEL SORRY FOR HER COWORKERS. HER MGR IS ON VACATION & SHE IS ON AN EGOTRIP UNLIKE ANYTHING WE'VE SEEN IN QUITE SOME TIME. VERY LAZY AND SMART MOUTHED. HAD TO CONTACT THE CORPORATE OFFICE FOR HELP AND COMPLAINT.

This bank is fine for simple, autopilot transactions--checking, savings, ATM. But, OMG, if you need anything more complex where decision-making is involved (even something as routine as a notary signature)--be prepared for arrogant service and a rigid bureaucracy that will waste your time and leave you frustrated.

I went in to open a new account and Andrea helped me, she was one of the most exceptional bankers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was very friendly and went above and beyond expectations. Experiences like this are what makes going to the bank less of a chore and something to look forward to.

I've only ever been inside this Branch a couple of times but both times i have gone in there it's almost close and the people that are in there are just more than happy to help no matter what time it is. I work as a server in customer service of course and things like that just stand out to me I look for those and it means a lot when I get the same respect that I give my guests. I took a customer review survey after visiting the branch the other day and the bank manager called me just to say thank you. I've never had that happen to me that is customer service!
