Worked with Trysha to find a new Pacifica that wasn’t white or black. Found a gray one that fit the bill. Trysha and the dealership made the entire buying experience very enjoyable.

This place is a joke... I purchased a Jeep and spent over $120K on the vehicle including a bumper to bumper warranty ... it's nearly impossible to get it in for service and when we do get it in they never answer the phone and apparently no longer have loaner vehicles for use.

i do not recommend going here. my car had broke down and we had to take it to a dealership to get it fixed. this dealership had my car for 3 weeks trying to fix my car when they told us it wouldn’t take more than a week which is ridiculous. i finally got my car back 2 days ago and was told it should be running perfectly fine and how it was before but the check engine light was still gonna be on. as soon as i pulled out of the dealership my check engine light started blinking at me and my car started to shut down so i immediately went back and went to the service desk and told them i just got my car back and payed why is my check engine light blinking at me and why is my car shutting down to there response “i don’t know” and then another guy that was at the service desk on the phone rudely told me “ well we told your dad the check engine light was gonna be on” and then turned right away and i said yeah but it is blinking that is a different story and then they took my keys for about 10 minutes and came back and said “it should
be fine and it shouldn’t pop back on” lmao didn’t believe that either. Not even 5 hours after that my check engine light started blinking at me again and then my car started shutting down and got stuck on the side of the road bc this dealership lied to us saying “your car is fixed and running fine” and made us pay all this money just for it to not be fixed. absolutely ridiculous. do not come here it’s a waste of time and money and they are so rude here.
