I went in looking for a car and having one heck of a week. Sam and everyone here made me finding a car that I love and will love for a long time at the perfect price point so easy. Sam even battled my insurance guy for me, verbally...there was no actual fighting. Thanks for helping take this one off my to-do list guys!

Thank you Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Mt. pleasant! As an out of towner passing thur for work I had some troubles with my work truck. Needed tires, brakes and a wheel alignment! You folks plugged me into your already busy schedule with out any hesitation at all. I literally dropped in on you guys and you took me in as if I were one of your own! This in of it self speaks volumes not to mention I never had an appointment never made a phone call just showed up said here’s my truck please fix it! And you did! Put me back to OEM factory standards now truck is literally driving as if it were brand new again! I like you also have a family! And I say with confidence I will make home to them yet again! I cannot possibly say thank you enough for your alls having my best interest at heart. I like to personally thank Mrs.Theresa Metas for all her efforts and keeping me updated thur this whole process and seeing to it that I got back on the road in a timely matter! Couldn’t ask to have anyone better at the controls. Handles her job with such grace and dignity! And to Mrs.Vicki for the shuttle rides to and from my hotel just a very pleasant person and easy to talk with! And to my main man Scott! Dirty finger nails busted nuckles firm hand shake! Thank you! Scott works in the garage behind the scenes he worked on my truck even stayed after closing time to continue working on the truck to see to it that I got it back that day! Thank you very much ACE! And to the folks up front for just saying hi and asking if there’s anything they could help me with while I was just waiting! I commend this place as a whole! I’m proud of you all. Overall pleased with experience. Love the car. Fair price. Trisha was nice to work with, explained vehicle features clearly. 7-10-24. Took Pacifica in for free oil change.. EZ check-in, service rep friendly. Told it would take approx 30 minutes and they were right on time. Overall very satisfied with this visit. Keep up good work.

They did an amazing job in a hurry and in a pinch. Hats off to Devin who made it all happen. My key fab went for a swim while I was at work. Literally gone forever. At 2:30 on a Friday afternoon he was able to locate a key fab in Alma to replace it. He drove there himself and picked it up while I had my vehicle towed to the service center. Within 2 hours I had a new key fab programmed and I was back on the road.

My first time here, I was in for a service call. I was greeted by Theresa and she was friendly and very helpful. We walked around and a salesman greeted us he also was very friendly. My car was finished very timely we had a little misunderstanding about prices but Theresa straightened it all out and I will definitely be back for future services. Thanks again to Theresa for all her help. Waiting area was clean and comfortable.
