Another great experience with Jeremy and the crew. Got my truck in next day for brake work, and surprise! My parts were all still covered under warranty! Friendly and professional, and very reasonable prices always. Definitely recommend! And the new chairs in the clean lobby are super comfy!

We had our car towed to Muffler Man on April 14th with a broken tie rod and a damaged tire. We were told that they should be able to have it done that week. I finally got a quote on April 23rd, immediately approved it and was finally able to pick up the car on April 30th. No updates were communicated for the delay in quote and no updates were communicated for the delay in repair. Extremely disappointed with this shop.

Great mechanics. They will not tell you to fix something if it doesn't need it or if it is not worth the repair. Tyler, Jeremy and the rest of the crew do a quick and thorough job.

If I could rate higher than 5 star I would. I went in for an oil change, tune-up, and to have the shields under my car tied up somehow so they would stop rubbing on my tire. Jeremy was very honest letting me know I didn’t need a tune-up. They didn’t charge me anything for getting the Shields to stop rubbing on my front driver side tire. They only charged me for the oil change, which is reasonably priced. I’ll be going back for future services. Thanks guys!

These guys are always busy. Call ahead because good mechanics don't have enough time for everyone. Good honest work at reasonable prices is hard to find these days. These guys are the best for miles around.

Boyfriend called in for a “no crank no start” for a infinifi coupe, said we could bring it in the next monday. Monday comes, I pay the money to get it towed there and not even 5-15 mins later they send it back on the tow because he “doesnt feel like working on it”. It would be nice to know that information before paying round trip $120 for a tow. Better communication, and customer service is needed. ?
Edit: You mean part of the body work affects your ability to be able to diagnose a vehicle? Makes no sense. If anything, it made your life easier by not having to take the front dash off. Instead of making excuses for being a poor communicator and a lazy bum, be better to your customers. Good Day.
