Refilling prescription is easy either on call or through website. Pick up is fast. Help with my insurance co-pay. More reliable than Walgreens and Rite-Aid.

The service is abysmal (it's obvious most people there hate their job) and they refuse to own up to mistakes they make. If you need your medication asap / it's life threatening to go without it, please please please go somewhere else. They will not have it when they say they will and they will not communicate with you if it's a problem on your end or your doctors end. It seems they simply do not care. Literally anywhere else is better!

I really enjoy the staff here. They are always pleasant and accommodating. The only issue I have is the app is hard to figure out, but it’s not terrible. This is an above average place to go for medications.

Had an overall bad experience going here. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I actually went to other pharmacies. Bad response times, long waits, and questionable service.

This pharmacy employs the most rude, dishonest, and unprofessional staff. They play games with patients and their life saving medications and treat you like you’re stupid for not understanding why they do this and behave this way. LOUSY communication unless they’re passing the phone around like they’re juveniles at a slumber party, just talking over you and mocking your conditions along with the medications you’re in need of. The lack of compassion and consideration is astounding. I will be taking these complaints to their corporate headquarters as the last straw was their behavior and treatment of my parent who is on hospice.

Website stated the pharmacy would be open until 6:00 pm Christmas Eve. When I get there @ 5:00 pm sign says closed at 2:00 pm. Poor customer service!!

I get a text from Meijer Pharmacy telling me that my prescriptions are ready before I leave the Drs office. You can't get better than that.

They never have all my scripts on the same day. I live a half hour away and sometimes takes 3 trips to receive all of them. I have had to go without my Diabetic meds for 2 weeks from them not having the medication.
