Quick Lane oil change...NOT QUICK! the last 3 times I've gone has been incredibly SLOW and the last time they installed the oil filter in a manner that left the oil leaking out. Not be going back. So sad for such an otherwise fine dealership. Get your service dept. back on track!

I have been buying my cars and trucks from Krapohl for over 20 years. Recently bought my wife a new Lincoln and everyone was great. James stayed late to go over the details about the car with my wife and since it was getting so late stayed late a second night to finish the tutorial. The service department has always been very good to us also. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.
