I hit a deer back on August 8th. They repaired my car. I picked my vehicle today (August 29th). I’m currently stuck on the side of the road on my way home because there is no coolant in my radiator!!!!! what body shop/service shop/dealership doesn’t check all of the fluids during the inspection? Something so simple but yet important. make me wonder if everything else was even done correctly. I’d definitely recommend taking your car elsewhere to avoid further issues!

Came in mid-week on my only available home to get an oil change. I live nearly an hour away, so it's a bit of a haul to get there. For some reason, they didn't do my tire rotation while I was there even though I paid for it. I told them I was leaving on vacation the next Monday morning. Was told that I NEEDED to come back before then at ANY time to get them done before leaving.
I rearranged some things and made time to drive the nearly HOUR out took to get there on Friday afternoon. Pulled in at 5:30, and was told that they stopped doing rotations at 5:15!! I explained what I had been told and that I leave Monday morning and there's no possible way for me to come in another time before then.
The tech responded with "There's nothing I can do."
Well, obviously not, if the job wasn't done properly the first time and I was lied to about coming back ANY time, and that miraculously you stopped doing the exact service you didn't do before 15 MINUTES before I arrived.
I knew better than to go to anywhere other than Midland Ford. I learned from my mistake. NEVER. AGAIN.

This is the first review that I have every wrote. To start off I am appalled by the way my truck buying experience was through kraphol Ford. I inquired on a used truck for sale they had, was told that all the used vehicles go through a inspection and what is needing fixed, is fixed. So I " Assumed " buying a truck from a dealer would be more beneficial than a private party. I was severely wrong. after purchasing the truck, as soon as I pull off the lot ( within 5 seconds ) check engine light came on so I turned around and they scanned the code and the tech said it was a sensor in the emission's system and could put the truck into limp mode. Was lied to about the inspection they do, they just " clear the engine light " and pass the cost of repair onto the buyer. They told me they would not do anything about it and to pretty much kick rocks. First and last time I will ever be using them. Do not walk, Run and use a different dealership

I was referred to Morgan at Krapohl Ford by a close friend, and he set me up with Lelia who made my first car-buying experience absolutely incredible! Lelia did everything she could to help me through the bumps in this first time buying process and I left with the perfect vehicle for me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle in the future, both Morgan and Lelia are very personable and helpful!

Had a great experience with our sales rep Lelia! She helped my daughter with her first car, explaining everything she needed to know and matched her excitement about her first big purchase. While there, I found an SUV that I loved, and a week later she sold me my new car! Lelia is so friendly and she went above and beyond to help us! We will be back again!

Gave Kraphol another chance after I bought a used car from them that I was never told was missing parts in its engine bay and had died on me within a year of owning. I was very VERY satisfied the first time I brought my new vehicle in to be serviced (oil change) so I of course brought it in the second time. Service writer (who I don’t blame, they get their info from the mechanics) came to me to tell me about an oil leak I had heard of before but was also told before that it was not a huge deal and doesn’t need to be worried about when I asked how I would go about getting it fixed, but this time it was brought to me as if my truck had not even a drop of oil left in it. Thank goodness I went to another mechanic to have it inspected and he let me know it was again not as big of a deal as kraphol was making it out to be. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this is very upsetting.

If you’re shopping for a vehicle stop in and see Lelia! My daughter found a vehicle she was interested in and she couldn’t get out of work in time to test drive it and she was in a time crunch. I went and test drove it and worked with Lelia and by the time my daughter was out of work everything was set for her! Lelia worked fast for us knowing my daughter’s situation which was appreciated beyond words!!!!

My car kept dying so I tested the battery it was fine, but bought a battery anyway. 2 days later it died again so I took it here, and after 10 days without a car they decided it was the battery I told them I replaced twice. 480$ later I have 3 good battery’s and still a broken car. Even got the first two tested at an interstate warehouse after all this, cause they keep telling me the original battery was bad.

Staff could not be nicer or more professional. No pressure to get services I don't need, but helpful info on what I do need. 4 stars because the price went up $20 for the Works since my last oil change. That's a big jump in just a few months, and more than some of their competitors.
