Holey Moley. I'm over this garbage bank and this location is the worst one. ATTITUDE PROBLEMS AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Avoid at all costs.

I can't speak to Huntington Bank as a financial institution, as I don't have much experience in dealing with them. I primarily use 5/3, but my parents were lifetime Chemical Bank customers who briefly became PNC customers, and ultimately became Huntington Bank customers. When they both died and I took over their estate affairs, I spent A LOT of time in the Mount Pleasant branch working through things.
Something I noted on day one is the attention they pay to their customers. Nearly every person who walks in the door is greeted by name before even making it to the counter. Granted, with the prevalence and convenience of online banking, they likely don't see THAT many new faces in-branch anymore, but it really struck a chord with me. It wasn't more than a couple visits before I, too, was being welcomed by name as I came in the door.
Matt, in particular has always been very helpful and understanding in the many times I've visited. He even remembers my brother's name and details I've shared about him. I'm happy where I'm at, but wouldn't hesitate to use their banking if I ever felt the need to change institutions.

People make the difference! I've banked at the current Huntington location going back to when it was a Chemical Bank branch. To an extent, banks are banks, but to go somewhere and be happily greeted by name and taken great care of by folks who are (or at least seem to be) having a good time makes such a positive impact. So long as the people are there, this is my bank!

I'm not too sure what all the negative comments are about... I've been a member of Huntington Bank since 2018. I opened my account in Bay City then moved to Mount Pleasant about seven months ago and I've never had a negative experience. The customer service is great. I have a couple of accounts and have never had any suspicious fees. They are always up front. They have an excellent online banking system. All the transactions that i make are always instantaneous. The only time that it's not is when I am paying another banking institution. Like a credit card.I'm sure that other people have their reasons for leaving the negative reviews and that's cool. They are certainly entitled to their opinions but as far as MY experience I love Huntington Bank

I found a local bank that actually likes their customers and borrowers. Huntington despises theirs.

I just moved to mount pleasant and my banks closest branch is 70 miles away so i went there to open an account and the teller asked another person if they wanted to and he said no like he didnt want to be bothered the place was empty so she tried to schedule me the next day???? When the bank didnt close for over 4 hours it was ridiculous you would think adding new customers would be a priority not at Huntington i am 47 and never heard of that i promptly drove to pnc and opened an account

Never never never again deal with this bank. Fee's Fee's Fee's. Used to have all my accounts with this bank. Application fees for loans, early pay off fees. Account fees. Moved banks and then they bought some of chemicals banks. Messed up my business accounts when switch over. So closed accounts again, then didn't want to give me my money after closing accounts. There own certified check they made out to me. Charged extra when I sold my house that had mortgage there. And last straw wanting to charge me 10.00 to cash one of there customers checks. A Huntington check because I don't have a account there. So if you have a account and someone doesn't want to take a check from you. Don't get mad. It's your banks fault

Everyone at the bank is very nice and helpful. The only draw back at this location is there ATM location. They have there ATM on the edge of the building and it's in the same spot as one of there drive through's. Which does cause frustation and long waits. When it could of been easy in and out. And seems like there deposit for the ATM is down a lot.

Love Huntington as a bank, but this location is very frustrating—mainly due to its ATM location. Their ATM is located in the same line as the window, past the window. This can leave you in line for the ATM for 20 minutes rather than the 5> minutes it should. I’m fine with lines, but only when they make sense. Waiting for the ATM in the same line as someone who is dealing with window service does not make sense. If you need the drive-thru ATM in a timely manner, it’s a risk to do that here, just so y’all know.
