Total rip off. They sent a flat bed. Said they didn’t have a tow truck. Already waited 45 minutes. Towed my car 2.8 miles inside the city. Charged me $128.00.Call a wrecker on your own. Don’t call through insurance company that uses apps to find a wrecker for people.Service: Car towing

My daughter and her boyfriend were in a terrible accident today. The police officer called this towing service not us. When we asked to have the truck towed to a personal residence, the driver told us they had to tow it to their impound lot (where I'm sure another storage fee would be applied.) When we refused to have it towed there, the driver said because we were using the insurance for the towing the insurance wouldn't allow it to be towed to a personal residence. It had to be towed to their impound lot. (The insurance company was called and this statement was proven to be a lie.) After much arguing at the scene of the accident and a few phone calls to the driver's boss, they agreed to tow the truck to the personal residence. The tow bill for approximately 6-8 miles away was ridiculously expensive (with a very expensive clean up fee: it took less than 5 minutes to sweep the road with a broom.) This company clearly preys on people in situations that are already stressful. I know 3 families who were at the scene of this accident who will not be calling this company ever.Service: Car towing

Very thankful for these folks! My 77 year old dad was stuck in a snow drift Christmas Eve. These guys heard it on the scanner and came out, got him out of the snow bank and didn’t even charge him, thank you!!!! Very classy!!!!!

First off I would like to say the first time I used this service it was great! But last night I was in a very traumatizing wreak where my truck flipped. I was lucky enough to be okay. I decided to go with hill top because we had used them for a flat tire just about a month ago. It was 1:30 in the morning and the roads where terrible. Ice and snow. The driver who arrived I wish I knew his name. Made my husband help him with just about everything and I’m not expert on towing but the cost was insane. Okay that all would have been fine if the drivers attitude and manners were not so awful. He asked the cop if he needed to search my car and implied he thought I had been drinking, without ever having spoken to me…not knowing my husband was standing right there. Then when he got the truck back to our home and we were about to pay him he said he “wasn’t gonna charge a clean up fee because my husband helped clean up” cool! My husband cleaned it all up. He then proceeded to keep taking on a $10 dollar charge for who knows what and then another $15 because we were paying with a card and when I pointed out how predatory this whole engagement was he threaten to take the truck back to his shop instead. My wreck was less than 3.5 miles from my home and they took every dime I had last night for it. Like for sure, definitely make your money but have some manners and courtesy, a customer is a customer!Service: Car towing

I was in a small accident in Mt. Pleasant. I do not live in the area and I had never been in an accident before. There so happened to be a Hill Top truck behind me when it happened, and my tow truck driver went above and beyond to help me out, calm me down, and walk me through the process. While the wreck was not ideal, the service was amazing! Unfortunately, I did not catch his name, but everyone at this business has been so kind and helpful!Service: Car towing

Best towing service around!! the driver was polite and respectful,and arrived well before scheduled time given. He walked us through our options and was professional when asked for his opinion.
