Thank you Heritage Collision for taking care of all of our vehicles for the past two decades. Thank you for being honest, upfront, considerate, and for looking out where our safety. Due to your company's diligence, I came in to fix a tiny rust spot and found out a section was rusted through underneath the vehicle. Your tech gave an education lesson on the history of the car company, and their building techniques that cause the rust issue. We're smarter because of it. We buy differently because of it. Thank you for your time and expertise.

Fast and Friendly Service !!!! Had my vehicle fixed in a day and a half. To my surprise when I picked up my vehicle they had washed it and vacuumed out the inside. Will do business here again !!!

My college student son brought in his 15 year old car to have the hood straightened after a minor accident. He was quoted $2200, wanted to replace the hood. The car isn’t worth $1000! We ended up at Pete’s Autobody. He understood the desire to keep costs low. Quoted us $150 max to straighten the hood and buff the fender. Sorry Heritage, you’re totally out of touch.

Hit in rear, a couple weeks later a suicidal deer almost got its wish — damaged the front and then took off.Both repairs done and insurance worked directly with the shop. Repairs were as timely as possible in this new era of supply chain issues and people not wanting to work. The techs in the shop are well experienced and their workmanship screams professionalism.I’ve used this shop for many years, from well into the last century. I keep coming back because stuff happens and they fix it. Fortunately for me it’s not every week, not even every year, but I’m glad they are staying in business so far!!Services: Steering & suspension repair

Heritage is awesome! I’ve brought my car twice here, both times for deer collisions, all the way from Stanton (Montcalm County). Estimates and repairs are always completed promptly. The manager and employees are all friendly, patient, and accommodating (usually I feel quite intimidated by body shops and garages, but Heritage goes above and beyond treating their customers respectfully and fairly). I highly recommend!

FANTASTIC service. The gentlemen that helped us out was a treat to talk with, even when we messed up his schedule by getting the car model wrong. The results were great!! I can't see myself going anywhere else.

Going on a month now and no vehicle yet I hit a deer go it towed the next day now its 4 weeks they let it slip that they o ly had 1 mechanic then hired more when I got the estimate they said when they tear it apart sometimes the estimate changes so I ant give up.there all I have to helpService: Body & Trim

Estimates take days just to get the guy to try and figure out what day and time he can come to work. Treated me and my wife like we were not worth their time even though insurance was covering the price for repairs

Great place to get your car back in shape after a accident. They do great work at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone looking to get their car repaired or just repainted. I use this body shop myself and they do great work.

Needed a door fix or replace from damage from a deer.They did the body work and repair the dump and it turned out so good being around body shops and mechanics my whole life I really can't tell where the dent was and thought they swap the door but they didn't.Very very polite atmosphere when you walk in very professional would highly recommend.Services: Painting

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They broke my OEM windshield during repairs and put cheaper aftermarket glass in it. My dash was covered in overspray and car was dirty from being in the shop. They charged my insurance for new suspension parts and installed junk yard parts. After picking my vehicle up I’ve had to take it to the dealership twice due to drivability issues. It turns out that my wheel is about to FALL OFF due to repairs they did so I took the vehicle back to have it addressed. The vehicle sat for 2.5 weeks at Heritage and they called me saying it was fixed. I just took my vehicle back to the dealership and they stated that no repairs were done on Heritage Collisions behalf, my vehicle is still extremely unsafe to drive. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.Services: Painting
