After calling all over the state trying to find it, I got ahold of Al at Percha. He went above and behind to find this stain for me. Although my customer ended up switching to a different product, I was extremely appreciative of Al's help and positive attitude.”

“I'm mostly OK with this hardware store. There are quite a few people who will help you if needed and ask if you need help. I think they need to get a better receipt system so that the receipts have a good description of the bolts and other small items you can buy there because if you need to return them it is well difficult to determine what receipt you had for different times you went there to buy things because there is just a generic "bolts and fasteners" if you ever needed to take it back, you will have to rely on your memory of the price to figure out which receipt you had for it. It would also be nice if they had a bicycle rack so you can lock it up.”

“We have shopped here for years and have always been happy with the products & employees. Today was the best day ever with them though! We had purchased a beautiful Criterion glass/ceramic top oven there almost two months ago for $800. We have absolutely loved it! Then, two days ago, for no apparent reason after having cooked dinner, we noticed spidery type cracks in the cook top. Menard’s exchanged this product for us with no hassle! The gentleman who assisted us was super nice, too! We will always go there first.”
